Okay, I've looked at both pictures, and this is my ruling, take it or leave it.
Tovah's character, Beth, in the picture linked in my last post, has one solid color on her back and one solid color on her chest and legs. Her leg markings resemble an upward-pointing arrow.
MOS's character, in the other picture linked in my last post, has several colors on her back and then one solid color on her chest. Also, her leg markings are curved like a U-shape, not pointed upward like in Tovah's picture.
So, it seems to me that they are different.
There are alot of different colors that people can use, but it's still possible that two people like the same color. So, make different markings. Not just on the legs, but on the ears or tail, too. This may help clear up confusion.
Now, Tovah, perhaps you would consider adding a few different color patches or markings if MOS still thinks the two look similar. I don't think that's too much to ask.
MOS, if you still think the two characters look the same, ask nicely for Tovah to add markings or color patches, but please understand if she wants to keep her character the same. If that's the case, maybe you would consider changing your character a little bit?
Tovah, if MOS asks you nicely, at least consider a change or two.
Above all, both of you be nice. No threats. Period.

Above all, both of you be nice. No threats. Period. This. I've been reading through this topic, and I agree with LW_f on this. So, what's in that quote is final. Don't like it? Not our problem. We will not have fights on this board. Now, either we all get back to the topic's point of discussion, or I will lock and warn every single person who has been swearing, flaming, and otherwise fighting other members here, period. Edit: MOS wrote: Oh yes.. They really "don't" look alike... Your "Big character"- http://baltosource.timduru.org/image/To ... 55-22.htmlMy "Little character"(the brown one)- http://pussfan.deviantart.com/art/HAPPY ... N-75554278Delete her or change colour please...or wanna be reproted or banned? MOS; this is not art theft. The "big character" is a recolour of Jenna - it's a FAN IMAGE (a good one at that). It's not fan art. The similarity could have been purely coincidental. Please take these things into consideration before even trying to call art theft...
