Spirit looekd at his paws. "Oh. Well, I had to live on my own, hunt on my own, find shelter. I guess I just grew up..." I was grown up, he thought. What happened to me?

Jackson laughed with her. "What exactly did I say before?" he asked.

Luke cocked his head, his ears twitching. "I'm confused." he said. He chuckled. "I know your smarter than I am though but that's mostly cause I'm a puppy." he said. "I'll be smart when I'm older, I'm happy just being cute, I am cute right?" he said, cocking his head in an adorable manner.

Sadie and Spirit dragged the carcass back to camp. "Dinner guys," she said to Jackson, Nickel, and Luke.
"Whoa!" Jackson stared at the large buck's body. "You two caught that by yourselves!?"

"Yay!" yelled Luke, he nuzzled Sadie lovingly. "You did good momma." he said. He began knawing and the kill's leg. His little teeth couldn't do much but it could get him food.

Luke yelpped as he turned his head to look at his momma. He looked at the buck's leg and saw one of his baby teeth was stuck in the leg. He whimpered and looked at Sadie. "One of my teeth came out, can you put it back in momma?" asked the nieve pup.
