personality: he is like steel and Buster from lady and the tramp 2.he loves hiself alot and only ever worries/thinks of himself. he is a selfish mutt who will snich anything of anyone just for his own sake.he likes to stir up a fight every now and again and likes to give everyone the wrong information for eg: once he told a young pup that if she whent in a shop and took some food she wouldent be scolded as she was too cute, any way she was taken to the pound.he finds pain and falier of others funny and loves to be boss. he is very snapy and nasty to all exept those who he knows are stronger than him.he is very good at hiding his real personality and changing it to make others trust him so he can trik them.

history: he was born an owned pet. he hated living in a house where violence was not allowed.he escaped the house befr but the guarden gates where all locked and all the broked bits of fence where fixed. they caught him and disaplin him on a chain, it was just one of them chains that clicked onto his collar he thaught but it was real tught to get off. when he got free he dug a hole under the gate and onto the streets.he found a girl he really liked on the streets and he would give up everything for her,but she hated him so much that she killed herself,as he loved her dearly he decided to take her rank and be evil and mean. his whole life was devoted to her and he let nothing, not even his family ruin it.one day he was off guard ant the dog cacher took him to the pound. he was terrifide there but as he devoted his life to the preshes girl he loved he began planning a way out. his plan was when he was given his ood just as the man walked in he would rush iver to him and whilst the man was concentrating on Rosko's face he slid a small wedg where the door would go when shut,when the man left and shut the door the wedg stopped the lock allowing him to let hiself free.now he is just on the streets dominating others and fighting for tirf
what i will do with charrie: i will mostly use him for rping, there will be a few pics of him but not alot, he might become a camo or a small part in a comic or fanfic
