I liked him because he brought out in my opinon the best in Balto (even though he didn't mean too) I think it would be a good idea to bring him back.

I think that if they brought him back (personally I don't think they should and am glad they didn't so far) Balto should kick his butt since he didn't in the first movie.

I completely agree with you there, Balto's confrontations with Steele defiantly allowed viewers to see more of his character.
