I don't really know...Is there nothing on the site to track it? You could maybe send them an email?
I know that it has taken a long time for Greykitty to receive it, but maybe not two months...I would feel a bit responsible if you didn't receive it since I was the one putting a link to this site

Is there any other online store that has Balto in widescreen?
The Brazilian dvd store doesn't have any copies in.

They don't? Aww...
Well I don't know from which site you can order it exactly, but you should search for the brazilian dvd for having no region issue. If your dvd player is multi-region, just order any non-american DVD for Balto, they all have the english track.
How come that no one answered to this topic? Do I assume that all of you received it?

Just a warning: if you buy a PAL dvd check if your tv can play it .. most of NTSC tvs CANT play PAL dvds.
Is strange this your information, making a simple search in a search website all stores of brasil seems have the dvd ( http://compare.buscape.com.br/procura?i ... 0&kw=balto )

well, i think you need to contact the company that sold the dvd for them send a replacement, even because two months is really too much!
