NI the morning Togo woke up Blade early and took him off of Pack territory to show him how he was using the knife to kill animals.

Blade followed his father, watching him hunt.

Togo grabbed the knife before a small doe came out on it's first walk. He was about throw but he stopped himself. He didn't want to hurt a new life. He set the knife down, barked and growled towards the Mother and little deer and they scattered.

Blade turned his head to the side and trotted over. "Why didn't you strike?" he asked.

"I couldn't..." said Togo and sat down for a minute. "Why kill a life that was just brought to life?" he asked before he grabbed the knife. "No... no more today, go on and head back to your mother for now."

Blade nodded, "Oh, okay." he said and trotted away, he didn't know that, but he was still a pup. To him, prey was prey.

Togo just sat alone for a minute thinking about the Deer, he couldn't hunt. It wasn't in his nature, but then again he wasn't even a born leader either... He jumped when he heard Klaw coming up behind him.

"Hey lad." Klaw said, he had been looking for his 'son' for quite some time.

"Hey Klaw.. sorry for being off the Territory," he said then looked towards the river again.

Klaw shrugged, "It's fine lad. I was just looking for you to start you 'alpha' training." he said.

Togo looked back at him and nodded.

Klaw nodded, "alright, follow me." he said.

Togo grabbed the knife and walked on with him.

Klaw took Togo to a hidden cave. "This is where my father taught me, as his father taught him, and so on. This is where I will teach you." there was paintings on the wall and on one side was a bunch of paw prints. "This is where you will put you paw print when you become alpha, and same with Blade, and so on." he said. He pointed at a paw print. "That is mine." he said.

Togo tilted his head. He had never seen any of this before. "Does Fallen Know?" he asked.
