Scotty was silent "Wait a second, me telling someone, isn't the real reason you won't tell, is it?"

Adam sighed and shook his head.

"It's cause of who you like! Who is it?!"

Adam looked at him then shook his head, "It don't matter."

"Dude!" Scotty whined.

Adam flicked his head toward the back seat. Scotty finally got it then he blinked and grinned "Seriously?!"

Sydney didn't hear Adam say anything, ao she figured he whispered it. There went her plan..

"Yes.." Adam nodded.

"Really?! Bud, she's crazy about you!" Scotty exclaimed.

"What?!"

"Yeah! She's crushing on you big time!" Scotty replied.

Sydney did happen to hear that, and she just turned her music up louder. Why did she even think about telling Scotty?

"You'll see numb-skull, she wants to ask, ya know, but this is Sydney... she's not going to unless you guys are alone." Scotty huffed.

Sydney hopped out of the car ad soon as they parked, and stuffed her IPod in her pocket.
"So where to?"

"I gotta go pick up Leann at 'Hot Topic', why don't you guys go... somewhere else!" Scotty smirked turning and starting to walk off.

Sydney huffed, seeing as they were alone again.
"Awh..I lov that store.."

Adam tried to think of somewhere to go. He then asked: "You wanna go get a smoothie from, Quick Sips?" he knew they had great smoothies, and it was right next to his favorite store, Hollister. However, he knew the 'preps' hung out there, but that fact didn't bother him.

"Sure~" Sydney said, making a mental note to be on the look out for Hope and her gang.

Adam smiled and turned, to start walking but paused to wait on her.

Sydney put her hands in her pickets and jogged up to Adam, then began to walk with him. Once at the smoothie place Sydney ordered a mango freeze.

Adam ordered a strawberry banana blitz, then leaned against the counter and waited for them to make it. He looked around at the faces seeing some he knew others he didn't

"Soo.." Sydney hummed, perking when the cashier called out their number.

Adam goot up then went and got their smoothies, then he came back and looked at her curiously, his blue gaze bright as always. "Hm? What where you gonna say?" he asked.
