Ora nodded. "I swear she'd sell one of my nine lives if I let her."

Shiro chuckled. "Seems like her."
"So why'd you want to stay out here with us, Ora?" asked Terra.

"I'm an animal, I like the fresh air." said Ora, looking at the amazing view. "Weird, a short while ago, I was just a house cat, now look at me."

"It's the same with all of us." said Shiro. "Just a little while ago I lived in a shack with a bunch of other thugs that I thought were my friends. Now look at me."
"Same here." said Terra. "Only I lived with my sisblings. My sister was really nasty, though and never cleaned up after herself. She thought she could boss me around. And the same with my brother, James."

"Your brother? I thought his name was Marco." said Ora, cocking his head.

"Yes," said Terra. "Marco's my real, biological brother. James and Sheila were my step siblings who thought they could boss me around in my own home. Marco was very self-sufficient and had his own house. Do you understand?"
Ooc:// I was going to mention her step siblings earlier, but I couldn't find a good place for it to jump in. Sorry for the confusion!

Ora nodded. "I understand completely." she said. "I haven't seen my litter in a long time though."

"Don't cats forget about their real family after a year or two?" asked Shiro. "I wouldn't know anyway. There were only alley cats, sewer rats, and rottwielers where I lived."

"Humans don't know the animal world as much as they'd like, trust me." said Ora, smiling. "I am an animal, aren't I?"

Terra replied, "Ever since we got powers, lots of us got animal powers. Me, Sally, Brooke, and Marco got the powers of a super-animal. I don't know if Shiro counts, though. Wolverine was a human, but with animal-like personality."
"Thanks alot. I don't count!" said Shiro, teasingly. "Anyway, I think I'm going to check out that obstacle course downstairs. I looks like the navy built it!"
Ronno then trotted onto the balcony, his tongue hanging out. "What's going on out here, guys?"
Terra answered, "We were just talking. I'm going to get something to eat myself."
Shiro left, heading towards the basement to go downstairs.
Ronno watched them leave. "Looks like I missed the party, huh?" he said to the black cat beside him.

Ora nodded. "Nothing much..." she said. "Lovily view, isn't it?"
Downstairs, Jarret was playing an Ultraman fighting game, playing as Cosmos of course. "Hey guys, how you doing?"

"I just wanted to check out the training equipment in the other room." said Shiro. "How're the games?"
Ronno laid down, his head on his paws. "Yeah, I guess." he replied. "I don't know when I started talking to you, but you know..."

"Good, you should see all the games we got, there's like another dimmensional room to hold them all!" said Jarret, excited.
Ora nodded. "But at least we're friends now, that's important."

"I'll be in here." said Shiro, entering the room with all the obstacle courses and equipment.
Ronno sighed out his nose. "Yeah, but I'm still not okay about having a cat in the same house as me. But it's just a thing we dogs have. You can understand that much, right?"

Sally followed. "May I join you?"
Ora nodded. "I get it, but we get seperate rooms at least."
