Aleu pulled Max back. "Be careful Max, the Whale is slippery close to the water and the water is really cold." she said. To show Max, she took him to the edge and held onto him while she dipped his paw in the icy water for a split second then returned to were they were. "Really cold huh?"

Aleu smiled. Soon they arrived on shore. She helpped her kids off the whale. "Kids, say thank you to the nice whale." she said.
"Thank you." said Luke.
"Thank you Mr. whale." said Tina, wagging her tail.

The whale gave a spray from his blowhole, saying your welcome in that way and diving into the ocean.
"Alright, so are you guys tired or are we ok to go on?" asked Aleu. "I don't want you to get too tired."

Aleu watched Tina and Luke nod as well. "Alright, we'll keep going." she said. "But stay close alright?" she said.
"We will momma." said Luke.
Tina nodded. She didn't want to leave Luke anyway, not until they had to leave him in Nome.

Aleu nodded. She looked up and sniffed the air, remembering the scents that had lead her to her destiny in the first place. She caught the correct scent after a few minutes.. "Alright, lets go." she said, leading her pups down the path.
