[Balto, Complete] So wrong, but it feels so right [Part 1]

the next day jenna and roise were preparing the picnic and roise slowly stroked slyths head.

"slyth time to get up" she smiled

(Erm..Sora, hate to break it to you, but Slyth is still sleeping outside next to the hospital window in the snow near Blitz. He never went back home, lol. Oh, and the stuff in italics is what's happening in the dream.)

Blitz continued to slumber on as the moon circled the horizon and set, allowing the sun to peek its first rays onto the town of Nome. She had rolled onto her side, some time during the night and snow was pushed away in small heeps around her legs, head, back, and tail in almost every direction possible, indicating her movements. Her eyelids were still tightly shut and her eyes flicked from side to side, up and down, the normal rapid eye movement associated with dreaming. Her mouth, at the moment was curved into a pleasant smile as she dreamed on. In her mind, Blitz was a part of this scene:

She lay basking in the sun on a field, laughing and rolling amongst the tall blades of grass. Slyth was with her, though Max, Saba, and Storm were nowhere to be seen. She rolled to her feet and gave a 'catch me if you can' grin before she turned and jogged playfully away from his reach. He chased after her, nipping playfully at her tail and she wheeled around, taking her turn to chase after him. She ran full speed after him laughing as he turned his head back to look at her, the same grin on his maw. He then turned forward and continued on, showing no sign of stopping. As she followed, she felt a cold wind blow against her fur and a change manifest itself all around, but she paid no heed to it and kept running.

In an instant, they were no longer in a field, but a darkened forest, the trees blocking out most of the light. She slowed to a stop and looked up curiously at the canopy the branches made before returning her gaze to the beaten path before her. Slyth had vanished and she now felt uneasy as the same cold wind whisked past her. Yellow eyes glowed in the dim light under the trees and, left with little choice, she began to walk forwards into the ever waning light.

Storm and dart and the others were at the park waiting for the families to bring thier picinic, storm was shaking badly.

As he slept on, Slyth's dream started to focus more around Blitz than Saba. He had his head tilted to the lift as he watched Blitz trod across the snow covered road toward him. She flashed her smile at him then looked both ways down the street. Slyth sat and waited for her, but stood back up almost immediatly because she reached him just about the same time his rear touched the ground. Then without reason or any explination, she wrapped her head around his neck. Nuzzling him.

Waking up suddenly he blinked several times. His thoughts coming back to him, Slyth wondered what the dream had ment. He'd had that dream several times but that was the first time it had been Blitz. Every other time it had been Saba. Then he noticed something next to him. The light shining down from the moon, showed Slyth that Blitz had fallen asleep near him. Looking over her, he could tell she was in a deep sleep. Also the snow showed that she obviously wasn't a still sleeper. She'd turned over and a variety of other movements such as kicking in her sleep. The snow now covered her entire fur. Encasing her in a white blanket. He chuckled silently at the way she looked. He'd gotten so used to her usual black and gray fur that it was odd to see her with white fur.

First of all, wait to see if anyone takes Kodi or Jenna Sora, But for the time being until anyone takes the roles, Ill play Kodi and you can continue being Jenna.

Max jumped up because of a dream he had where he was killed by a hunter for some reason so he looked around and saw no one at the juckyard "were everyone go" then started walking to the park "welli guess they went off to do something and i should get to that family thing so mom and dad arent the only ones there" then continued off to the park

Inside her dream world, Blitz still padded on into the darkness. A dank feeling of dread seemed to crawl its wayup along her spine, from the base of her tail to the very tips of her ears and she shuddered. She knew she should go back, she knew that whatever it was that was coming, or rather whatever she was coming to, would surely change everything. But how? And why was it so important? A blood chilling howl pierced the darkness and with a gasp, Blitz's paw missed the ground and she fell forward into the abyss of darkness.

Blitz's face had only then morphed into a kind of grimace and with a yelp, she kicked once violently and awoke, startled and gasping to catch her breath. She looked around, confused and bewildered for a moment, trying to figure out which way was up and where she was until her gaze fell on Slyth and she calmed slowly. Her eyes were still slightly distant, almost like part of her was still connected to the strange dream, though she knew she was fully awake now.

She noticed she'd moved much during the night, and snow that had lain atop her had flown in almost every direction when she'd sat up, though somehow had managed to miss Slyth. She stood up hurriedly, feeling herself blush beneath her thick pelt and said quietly, bashfully, "Sorry about that. I 'm not normally such a violent sleeper." She looked away, trying to hide her embarrassment with a small smile.

"okay Stormster" said Drat and storm gulped and looked at dart and gave a fake smile.

"When the fmaily comes, grab the turkey and meet us back heer" commanded dart.

Max got too the park and looked around and saw that his family wasnt there yet so he sat down and saw Dart then saw Storm and asked himself "why are they here" then he just forgot about them and started looking around for his family to come and then started to think if anyone else like Slyth or Saba might come

The fmaily sonn arrived kdoi balto and jenne were there, they set up the picnic. Storm gulped and ran for it, he jumped over the rocks and using his teeth grabbe dthe chicken. The whole fmaily was in shock as he ran off.

Max saw Storm run off with it and he kinda knew something like that was going to happen but then he looked back and saw them in shock but he was worried they were going to call him and get Storm caught for lieing and getting him really hurt because of it so he started to try to make them forget about it by acting dumb

Kodi was not buying it and chased after Storm, storm was suprisingly fast and Kodi was only just keeping track of him as he chased the pup. Kodi panted and panted and Storm hid behind a bush and Kodi just kept rnning and storm sighed in relief.

Slyth laughed slightly with her. But it was short lived. He couldn't help but wonder what had she been dreaming. What had his dream ment? Surely he didn't like Blitz like that. His feelings were for Saba. He couldn't figure it out and the more he thought about it, the more confused he got. Breathing out a sigh he got to his paws, tiredly. After walking around Blitz, he looked back at her a second then said "im going to check on Storm" and rounded the hospital building. Still thinking storm was in the room.

Max chased after Kodi "Kodi stop hes just playing around leave him alone .....or something horrible will happen to him plz stop" then he got infront of him and taclked him "stop Kodi"

Storm sighe din relief and ran off twoards Dart who smirked.

"Not abd kid not bad" he smiled

Kodi grunted. "Okay okay, fine just get off" He struggled underneath the weight of Max. Despite the strength he'd build up in his legs from all the running, he still couldn't lift Max's bulk on his back. While still pinned down he took a few deep breaths. Perhaps he had over reacted. But what was Storm's motives for stealing that much food? He wondered if Storm was up to something but shook his head. "Hang on" Kodi said suddenly looking toward Max "What's he doing out of the Hospital anyway? He had another fit just yesturday. I also know that he had a run in with a few wolves. He shouldn't be running around like that. We've got to go get him back to the hospital at least"
This was another reason for Kodi to struggle to catch up with Storm. Surly if anyone, he could get storm. Afterall, he was the fastest of the litter. Storm had come afterwords.
