Blitz relaxed herself and all her muscles melted behind her skin as she turned back to Dart, Faline and Storm. "Finally, the guy leaves...I was wondering if I might have to leave a little impression of my teeth on him." From her tone she sounded annoyed but she quickly changed from that back to interest and inquired again to Dart. "So you think he has potential eh? Well, are you going to test both his body and his mind? They both have to be in fit condition if he's going to run with a gang of this caliber."

Blitz grinned with a chilling delight. Her own grin sent chills down her spine at the thought of how this would affect Storm, but she knew they couldn't back out now, or else they would both be spotted for frauds. "That's sounds like a good challenge. It will at least test his speed, though not really his brains or his muscles. Perhaps you should have two more seperate challenges to match up those and other skills the pup might have?"

"Wait...what nasty dog?" Blitz asked curiously and then set her mind to the task of coming up with a challenge to test Storm's brain...or at least a challenge that would test his brain that he would still be able to pass. It would have to be something that he would be able to think on his feet for...something complicated... "Well, as for his brain, I know several riddles, they're awfully hard though. Would you like me to administer the test for his mind? If given the time I could come up with something that would force him to think on his feet." She flashed a dangerous grin, the kind of grin Dart was sure to see and instantaneously become both excited and make his stomach lurch as well.

Max looked at Jenna then smiled "really sounds fun" then he looked down "but mom..........me, Storm, and Slyth arent really acting much as a family a lots happened...... My and Slyth got into a little fight and.....Storm well nevermind" then he looked up to her "i'm really sorry but i dont think it will work out"

"hey dont worry, itll be fine and kodi has a girl he says would be perfect for you" she giggled and trotted back into the house.

"that dog that was just here, max I think his name was and yes...I think I will put you in charge" he said grinning showing his dangerously sharp teeth.

Strom gulped.

"Noo Probelm dart" he said giving a nerovus grin and wagging his tail. Dart smiled and looked away.

Jenna sighed, inside roise and her mother were preparing the food.

(someone should be balto since jenna seems to have lost intrest)

(I don't think anyone has control of Jenna yet, so she's open to be controled by anyone.)

Blitz grinned and nodded to Dart saying, "Leave it to me, I'll come up with a mind boggling test to check his wits. I'll let you both know when my challenge is set. You'd better get plenty of sleep the night before youngin, or I'll wear you out." Her tail wagged easily behind her as she thought, 'Well, I may not be with the gang really, but at least my ties with them are still pretty tight.'

She looked up at the darkening sky and sighed. "Night has almost fallen, I should probably get outta here since I don't really belong to the gang. I'll sleep on the challenge ideas I have now and if I am able to come to anything conclusive, I'll be back at first light. If not, then I'm still concocting the test and I'd rather not be disturbed."

With a short nod to Dart and all the others, she dashed away, back into town, navigating the streets like a pro so that in case she was followed by anyone, she would easily lose them. She slowed as she reached the hospital, relieved to see that Kodi hadn't moved from his place in the snow and smiled. Good, both the brothers were safe for now. She plopped down nearby where she had sat earlier and her ice colored eyes flitted to a close, relishing the rest they were able to attain for the moment.

STorm sighed slighty and lay down, Angel sloly wlaked too him.

"you okay babyeyes" she asked, this was obviosuly his nickname.

"hmm who me? Yeah fine" he said giving a fake grin.

Max saw the sky started to go dark and thought "well i guess i better be going" then got up "i dont really want to go home right now.....i guess i could go back to the hospel "then started off to there when he got there he saw Blitz and Slyth "i shouldnt mess with them i dont want to start another fight" so he walked to the same spot as he did last time to see how Storm was doing

Storm lay down to slepe unaware of how close the other pup angel had got, he sighed and looked at the stars something about them made him think of max.

Max watched Storm as he was slowly falling sleep then he saw another pup geting real next to him and said to himself "whats she doing........shes getting a little to close to Storm....." then just forgot about it and fell asleep because he was so tired with his head still pionting towards the junkyard where Storm was

For the time being, Slyth had fallen asleep under the window. His figure illuminated by the light shining from within the room, and the light the moon provided. On a regular occasion, Slyth perferred to be as hidden as he could when he slept but in his current condition, there were special cercumstances. He had dozed off just after Blitz had walked off. Curious to know where she was going, he had pondered on getting up and following her, but had ended up falling asleep without meaning too. Though he needed the rest. His coat of fur had patches of dry blood on his sides. Thin trails of a solid red substance stood out on his coat. Starting at the wounds he had been given on his back. While one side of his body lay on the snow, the snow had slowly melted. Forming a perfect outline of Slyth on the ground. His head rested on the snow, his ear mashed down between the snow and his skull. His stomach inflated and deflated as he took steady deep breaths. Dreaming on. His dream resembled his confusion on his feelings for Blitz. This was in turn only confusing him more. He had always liked Saba, but since Blitz had walked in that hospital room during Storm's check-up, he hadn't been sure. So he had tried not to think on it but failed miserably. It was like an involuntary action. But for now, his mind and body were at rest.
Unaware of the events going on. He had no way of knowing that his brother was making a mistake that could possibly end up costing him his life.
