Campbell saw a female as he scanned through the crowd. He saw her sitting with a male and he sighed, relieving himself that he would be fine and that his friends would help him out with this. He quickly got up and fixed his burgundy and black Letterman jacket that had the Ice Hounds symbol located on the left chest of the jacket. He shoved his bony, yet long hands in his pocket before sucking himself towards Sage and David. He grabbed a chair and sat down in front of them, saying

"Hi."

He was new here and was trying to get along with anyone he could possibly meet up with. He did not know his friends over there did not want him around the company with those kind of social groups. They knew he had to stay at the top, even though he was lacking very lowly of his social status and was very shy and quiet. He smirked at the female and looked into her deep eyes before turning to the male and giving a light smile at both of them. He saw as the team captain, Dallas, was eyeing him from far, Mouthing

"Get back over here!"

Campbell nodded with a devilish smirk, mouthing back

"When I am dead I will come back! But right now, YOLO!!!"

He chuckled silently and Dallas gave him a nasty look of displeasure before talking with Luke, his best friend.

"Why can't he just listen and get himself over here!"

Campbell heard Dallas say in a distant, trailing voice. He couldn't hear what Luke had said back but he turned around to face the female and male again.

"Hi, I am Campbell Saunders. Sorry about those guys, they are family. And, you guys could call me Cam."

He smiled and held his hand out for them to shake it, hoping they were not picking their nose or something before. He put his hand down instead and gave his signature grin he had always given to get everyone. He hoped they didn't believe he was snotty and rude as his team, because he was a better person then they would ever be. He was shy, quiet, caring, and concerned about everyone, even if he did hate them. He thought Sage was cute, and he kept looking around, as if he was searching for someone. Then, it hit him...

He saw Maya, his ex, with her new boyfriend, the one who kissed her the night of that pageant, which wasn't too long ago. He hated that male for stealing her away, but knew there was nothing left for him and Maya, they were history. He sighed sadly and looked back to Sage and David, but his main focus was at Sage. He felt awkward as Maya quickly said with a relevant grin

"Hey Cam." "Don't call me that!" "Don't yell at Maya" "You shut your mouth!" "Cam! Stop!" "No! Don't call me that!"

He got up from his seat and he turned to Maya's boyfriend before punching him quickly and with all of his might, sending him flying across the lunch room and hitting the hockey players table, falling off the other side. Maya gasped with her eyes watering and Campbell said

"Never talk to me again M-Maya." She looked at him with sadness and he turned away, tears forming in his eyes. "Please Cam, couldn't we just talk about this over?"

She stroked his arm but he slapped her hand, making her quickly pull her hand back to her reach.

"There is nothing to talk about. You cheated on me for that wimp, I don't know if I could trust you, yet even be friends. No one should be hurt by your so called mistakes."

Maya started to form tears in her eyes and she said softly

"Cam." "Leave Maya!"

She sagged her head down before trotting to her boyfriend and helping him up. His team mates watched him with shock at how angry he was. Dallas, the team captain and big brother of Campbell walked over to him to try and sooth him to calm down. Campbell snapped even more as tears slipped out of his eyes. His voice crackled and raised pitch wise

"Leave me alone. All of you."

He looked at Sage as he sniffled his nose before running fiercely past the doors of the cafeteria. He shoved Maya out of the way and she went back to her boyfriend as they walked out the other way in embarrassment from the happenings that just took place. He quickly threw his backpack across the bathroom as he kicked the door open, almost breaking it. He was bursting in uncontrollable tears and he washed his face until he calmed down. He tried not to let his anxiety get in the way of him but either way, it took over. He sighed as he let out a lot of stress and he grabbed his backpack before walking out of the bathroom and to the empty halls were he went to his locker. He didn't know what else to do, knowing he would hear about this later today and for a week, he already embarrassed himself enough in front of a cute girl, he is going to probably get suspended from hockey for a day or two, and the Clarksons, his host family he is staying with, would hear about this too. He sighed and banged his head in the locker for quite a while before figuring out his combo and opening the locker. He bent down and sat under the open locker before sighing and going through his backpack to see if he had broke anything. He searched through and felt a sharp pain got through his thumb. He quickly and swiftly lifted up his hand and saw he was bleeding. He took out his books and everything else, emptying out his neat backpack. He went to the nearby trash and he rubbed the blood till it stopped bleeding. He dumped everything else and saw pieces of glass fall down. He searched through the trash and saw a picture of him and Maya hugging. He sighed heavily and he felt his head droop, ripping the pieces into shreds as he tossed them into the trash. He walked back to his locker and organized his books that he didn't need and set them in the locker. He heard the familiar voices of Luke and Dallas they stood in back of Campbell, trying to talk to him. Campbell spoke a few times but did not turn to face them.

"We are having a party after the hockey game tonight. We want you there Bird-Man."

Dallas said with a smirk at Luke, Luke smiling back happily. Campbell couldn't resist but laugh at Dallas's nickname for him and he kept setting everything in the locker. He didn't say anything and that huge smile turned into a frown, which then turned into a scowl of disgust, asking

"Is Maya and that wimp going to be there?"

Luke said without thinking

"Probably, no one misses out on a jock party! Especially if everyone is invited."

Campbell sighed and was about to say something but Dallas quickly retorted

"No, we didn't invite them."

Campbell said

"Okay..."

He was suspicious but trusted them, closing his locker and placing the lock back in the whole and clipped it together. He bent down and continued with a simple question

"Where and what time?"

Dallas hummed out loud and searched through his mind before saying,

"8:30 PM to... 1:56 AM. Since it's Friday. It's at my host family house. My host mother is out of town. "

Campbell said

"I will be there then, I guess."

"Don't fail on us Bird-Man"

Dallas said

"Yeah Mama's Boy."

Luke retorted back sternly and with attitude

"I won't. I promise."

Campbell soon leaned down before picking his backpack up and putting the things he did need back in there before airing out his sore and thumping thumb and walking outside to the roof garden that Maya's older sister and her boyfriend planted a couple of months back. He was glad to be back here, but it felt like a nightmare now at the moment. He sighed and looked at the dark clouds as it slowly sprinkled down. He sighed lightly one last time and let the light raindrops fall to his face lightly. Soon it started to shower lightly

"There goes my good first day back."

He sighed and rubbed his head, feeling it damp. He put his hoodie on and watched the clouds, wishing he could just have someone right next to him to talk to.

'If mom was here, she would know what to do. Especially at a time like this.'

He heard his phone vibrate in his pant's pocket and he got a text from is friends, saying that there was a party at Dallas's host family's house tonight. It showed the time and the direction. He walked back downstairs and peeked into the cafeteria before hearing yelling

"Party at my house everyone! Tonight at 8:30!!"

The hockey team rooted and he saw Maya and her boyfriend before he turned around and went outside to the parking lot, wondering what other 'great surprises' would get him now. He stood at the steps and sat down, trying to see if he could talk to someone who would not think he was a loon or see the side of him that snaps. He sighed and put the palms of his hands on his two cheeks, remembering the sweet face of Sage. He was now on cloud 9 and he plugged in headphones, trying to think straight of the events that occurred so quickly. Why this happened, where this happened, how this happened...

His hopes raised up as he heard the bell ring quickly, meaning lunch was now over. Mr. Simpson, the principle said in the announcements

"We are having an assembly right now. It will take up sixth and most of seventh period, so do not go to your fifth period class. Head to the gym now."

Campbell smiled lightly at himself and got up before taking his backpack and trotting into the halls. He saw as kids shoved their way all at once through the gym doors, but cheerleaders and jocks got in before everyone else. Campbell walked with Dallas, Luke, and Owen as it said on the overhead of the gym "Racheal's Challenge."

"Ugh, not again!"

said Owen with a loud whine. The cheerleaders giggled at his reaction and Dallas quieted him down. The Hockey Team sat in the left corner at the top and pulled out their phones. But as the gym became darker, the lights from the overhead projector came on. They had to shut off their phones and decided to mumble to each other softly, not wanting to get in trouble. His heart froze solid as he saw Maya walk in with her boyfriend. He became nervous and knew he truly wasn't over her. He needed her, but she didn't need him. He never has been the same since they broke up. Now girls were trying to get to him to ask them out, which was annoying. He sighed and watched the screen. The male was talking through the microphone and he got up quickly before walking down the bleachers. He didn't know Maya followed him down to the hall.

He leaned over one and she said

"Hey tiger."

She did a catwalk towards him and he looked up. He perked up but knew he couldn't take her back. He gave a small smile and said

"Hey."

She smirked before saying

"I know what's wrong."

He looked up as his eyes furrowed and he shrugged, saying

"I don't know what you're talking about, My. I mean M. Ugh I mean Maya."

She giggled at the nicknames he used to call her when they were together and she walked close to him and leaned in, giving him a small peck on the lips. He backed up and said, turning away and giving her the cheek

"What are you doing?"

She said

"I want to get back together with you Cam. I miss you Cheesy."

He smiled as she called him that name but screwed his head together right, saying

"I cannot accept Maya. It is too late."

She tried to kiss him but he walked away and she kept following. He told her to leave her alone, but she wouldn't listen. He grumbled and turned around. She smiled and he said sternly and with a mad voice, never being so mean to her

"Leave, now! I don't want you! I don't want to see you, talk to you, or listen to you! So leave me alone your creeper. I don't need a stalker following me around. Your crazed out of your mind Maya. I hate you, I always have!"

She started to cry silently and she ran off. He was panting hard and quickly and he said softly with kind eyes and a sad puppy face

"Wait Maya, I didn't mean those words. Hear me out."

She turned around and screamed in his face

"I heard you enough! Your a jerk like every other jock. I knew you were from the day I met you. Why did I ever say I love you! I love my boyfriend, he isn't a jerk."

He got mad again and said, raising his voice

"At least I didn't loose my two best friends for a male. And I didn't loose someone who truly cared about you! You messed up your life Maya. You don't know how much pain you gave me to kiss him. I trusted you. I thought you did "love" me, but I was wrong. Why didn't you just tell me you liked him, I would have understood. It would have been better than hearing it from your two best friends."

She looked at him with sorrow eyes and said softly

"I-I... I didn't know you felt that way Camp-"

He quickly retorted

"Well you should've My. I miss you, but you don't feel the same. You moved on, and now it's time for me to move on as well. Have a nice life My, see ya later."

She started to walk towards him and he started to walk away quickly.

"Cam! Wait! I'm sorry!"

He kept walking with a scowl on his face and he said bitterly while walking quicker

"It is too late to apologize."

He could hear her starting to cry very heavily but he kept walking. Her boyfriend came out and saw her make up running wildly all over her face as she slowed down. He got mad at Campbell and yelled

"What did you do to her!?!"

Campbell chuckled and said with a sarcastic voice

"Nothing, we just had a talk."

The male yelled

"I had enough of you Saunders!"

Campbell smirked and turned around and said

"What are you going to do? Punch me in the fa-"

He suddenly fell on the floor as he held his jawline. The male punched his face and Campbell got up again. He charged at the male and shoved him against the lockers before beating him up. He banged the back of the male's head against the locker and he threw the male to the ground before smashing the front of his face on the floor, sending blood everywhere. Campbell was pushed off by Maya and she yelled at them

"Stop it!"

She was tearing up again and the male said

"You will get it Campbell."

Campbell scoffed with a laugh of sarcasm, saying with a fake scared reaction, flimsing his arms everywhere

"I am so scared!!"

He laughed as his nose was stinging, it was broken. He sighed before grabbing his backpack and walking to a bench in the hallway, feeling his nose drip down blood. He had a couple of scratches but not as bad as the male he just attacked. Maya looked back two times and sighed sadly before walking with her boyfriend. He rubbed his nose and knew he had to do a project with Maya again tomorrow. Maybe he could switch with someone else, if he was lucky enough.

Star came out of the gym alone as she saw Maya, a good old friend with Star's one true love. She shoved Maya as she sniffled but scoffed as she kept walking with her boyfriend. She saw Campbell sitting in the distance and she gave him a loving grin before sitting down on the bench as well, saying lightly to him

"Bad day as well?"

He looked up and nodded before she got up and she walked to her locker. She saw the boy she kissed last night and he said

"Let's work this out."

She laughed and opened her locker and set the lock inside the locker and started to put her books in her locker. She said, turning to him and grabbing his tie, since he was a Hockey Player

"I am so sorry, that was just an accident. I was too clumsy at the moment. I just got through a tough break up. Please forgive me?"

She rubbed the sides of his arms and he smiled, saying

"Of course."

She giggled and hugged him, whispering

"Thank you so much!"

He backed up and walked into the gym. Once he was out of sight, she said with an evil smirk and laugh

"What a loser."

She kept laughing until she got her homework that she had to do and she closed the locker door and she locked it with her lock. She grabbed her white backpack from the ground and zipped up the pockets she had opened before walking away slowly, swaying her hips side to side and strutting. She happily twirled and watched her skirt rise and twirl with the movements of her graceful hips. She kept walking around and she giggled as she did dance routines she had learned from her sister. She was always envious of her younger sister. How free and graceful she was. She could actually keep a relationship, but Star just gets in the way.

Savannah laughed at her notes as she kicked her combat boots together. She was in the classroom with a teacher and she chewed gum quickly, loving the minty taste of it. She popped it and the teacher turned to her, saying

"Savannah, why are you misbehaving? You were not like this in the beginning."

She looked up and said with laughter

"I have a reputation from my sister. I am trying to take that away."

The teacher sighed and said

"Please, Savannah, you could take that reputation by being yourself. Not this bad, rebellious girl. Now your free."

Savannah looked at him and questioned with a devious smirk

"Why are you being so nice to me?"

He looked at her and said

"I just am, now go before I change my mind."

Savannah laughed again but in a happy way instead of in sarcasm and she grabbed her black backpack before walking slowly out of the room. She kept walking and crashed into Star with her guy friend's jock jacket on her. Star fell to the ground and said

"Watch it you b-"

She looked at her sister's face and she said

"What the h-"

They looked at each other puzzled and they both got up, saying sternly

"What are you doing here!?!" "Me!?!" "No you!?!" "Why!?!" "Because!" "Ya, you were probably sneaking out with someone!" "No!" "Yes!" "Ugh!" "Whatever!" "Stop copying me!" "Me!?!"

They soon got tired of arguing and Savannah said quickly but in an annoying, bossy voice

"We have to go back to the gym."

Star rolled her eyes and said

"Whatever, Savannah."

They talked with calm and happiness in there voice from that point and explained their day, knowing it was now the middle of fifth period. Savannah threw things in her locker and Star waited, checking herself to see if she looked good. Once Savannah was finished, they decided to go to the office to ask Mr. Simpson a question. Once Savannah got in with Star following behind and she fell head over heels for the male Jasper. She passed out and Star caught her before slapping her multiple times across her face before she woke up. He legs felt like jelly and she sat down next to him with an awkward smile. Star sat in the principle's seat and twirled around, smiling like a goofball at her sister.

"You found looove!"

She mouthed at Savannah.

"Be quiet Star! I do not like him!"

She said out loud accidentally and pointed to Jasper. She groaned and face palmed her forehead, giving away her crush because of her sister. Star stopped the chair from going around in circles and she said

"Savannah, don't hide it. We know you like him, a lot."

She giggled at her comment and Savannah got mad and said

"Shut it Star. I don't like this guy."

She laughed at Savannah and her ways of trying to hide things from her, because it truly wouldn't work on Star. Savannah got up and she walked away quickly from the two, through shyness and anger towards the male and her sister. Star sighed, got up, and said

"Bye, Jasper."

She smirked and winked before strutting out of the classroom, her cheer leading uniform moving to the motions of her body. She saw Savannah leaning on a locker with her super skinny jeans that were pre-ripped in some places, a white long sleeve top that shows her belly and the fabric is really light. She had a Hockey Jock's Letterman Jacket on her and she was wearing black stylish combat boots. Star laughed at her expression, saying

"Wow, you are such a baby."

Savannah looked up from her french manicured fingernails and said with an attitude and shifting her positions

"Excuse me? I'm a baby! You've got to be kidding me. You embarrassed me right now."

Star laughed and said

"I was helping you, Savannah. You are really pretty! I know your really pretty, everyone does."

She sighed and said

"Everyone thinks I am a user as well."

She smirked and said

"Either way, we are the Anderson Sisters. We will stick through it together sissy. We are users, but we don't use all the time. We take what we want, and if we love it, we keep it."

Savannah smiled and said

"Anderson Sisters."

She laughed along with Star and Star said

"And if Jasper doesn't like you, it's his lost because your a really great girl, I promise you that."

Savannah mumbled under her breath with a smile to herself. Star gave her the eyes and said

"I heard that."

They both broke out in more, harder laughter before they calmly walked back into the office. They made their way back to the principle's office in the back and Savannah sat back next to Jasper. Star grabbed a chair from the side and she sat down on the other side of Jasper, watching him and observing him. Savannah said quickly, trying to break the silence "I am going to get my guitar right now." She got up before walking out of the room and going into the music room. She grabbed her guitar and sat on a chair before playing to the melody "If I Die Young" by The Band Perry. She giggled as she strummed her guitar and free played, messing around with the chords.

"Let's run away from these lies
Back to yesterday, safe tonight"

Star smiled and leaned on the door, singing the next line

I feel the sun creeping up like tick tock
I'm trying to keep you in my head but if not

Savannah giggled as she played the guitar and they harmonized throughout the song. They smiled and shared their laughs at each other and at the end, Savannah did loud strumming sounds for a finally guitar solo for the heck of it. They laughed at the end and she put the guitar strap around her and went to the mic before Star went to electric keyboard.

Campbell slowly got up from the bench, having nothing better to do he decided to go to the parking lot and maybe ditch the rest of school to go get new clothes or to buy a new laptop, just something to do. He just wanted to get his mind off of Maya and every single dramatic gesture in the school and kick back until the party.

"Speaking of party, I have to get swimming trunks."

Campbell said as he remembered now. He grabbed his backpack before trotting out of the hallway and walking silently towards the doors that led to the free world. He slowly walked down the steps as he slid himself out of the door to see two people in the parking lot. A male and female. He wondered if he should say hi, but he didn't, and that's when he felt some weight pressure onto his back. Savannah hopped off of his back, hitting her curvy waist with her guitar.

"Hey Cam Cam"

The two sisters both said as they walked beside Campbell.

"Hey, wanna go to the mall?"

Before Star could answer Savannah said yes and it was already decided. Star saw Christian and she as well fell head over heels for the male. She walked up to him and smiled lightly, saying

"Hi, I'm Star. Fifteen years old, nice to meet you... Um... What's your name?... cutie"

The last word she muttered under her breath and smiled, postponing Campbell and Savannah from going to the mall. It was almost half of fifth period and they needed to get money from their home. They stood their with an unbelievable look in their faces.

"Why does she have to flirt now?"

Both asked each other as they mentally banged their heads to walls. They litterally wanted to just grab Star and pull her away, but they knew better. The last time they tried to do that, she had a rampage and threw knives at Campbell. A fork got stuck in his hand and they had to pull it out. Worst. Night. Ever.

Savannah gasped as she forgot her guitar in the music room. She said

"Gosh darn it! I forgot it again!"

Campbell laughed and told her he'd get it. He started to walk and saw Sage cradling her books. He chuckled and said

"I've seen tree huggers, but never... Book huggers."

Campbell smirked and moved closer, looking down on her as she was a few inches shorter. He looked at her and said

"You cold?"

He felt a striking wind hit through the doors as Savannah opened it. She growled at Campbell and she went into the music room to grab her guitar herself. Campbell chuckled and felt light raindrops that escaped through the door. He turned to her and took off his jacket before saying as he grabbed a pen and paper. He wrote his phone number down and he put it in his jacket pocket before putting the sleeve holes in her arms as he slid it on her happily. He finished putting it on her before saying

"There ya go!"

He smirked at himself before seeing Savannah come back with her music and she said

"Oops, I had my guitar, just not my music, peck, or um.. My other thing."

Campbell laughed and she went back outside. He turned to Sage and said quickly with a goofy smile

"Keep it until Monday afternoon, then you could give it back to me. I hope you will be there at the hockey party after the game tonight. It would be nice to see you there. If you are going, keep the jacket on. So people will know a guy has his eyes on you."

He kissed her cheek lightly before walking away smoothly and out of the door with Savannah, deciding they would leave Star and bring her back some clothes that they would choose. Star didn't mind though, she kind of liked what they picked out for her.
