Kat frowned and changed into her pajamas, seeing as it was getting late.

Arthur nodded letting Alfred walk over and join him in the chair.
"Alfred scoot over you're to big for this chair!" Arthur huffed, and Alfred simply lifted Arthur up, pulling him into his lap.
"Now we have room!" He chimed, hugging Arthur from behind.

Kat ambled downstairs, she wanted something to eat.

Arthur sat in alfred's lap, grumbling angrily about having his chair stolen while Alfred had his gaze focused on the TV. Arthur's thoughts were interrupted by a sudden urgent knock on the door.

Brett stood outside; he’d cleaned himself up, and had obtained a large gathering of roses and lilac flowers in his fist. Impatient, and desperate to talk to Kat, he rasped his knuckles on the door a second time.
“I’ll get it.” Kat said, flipping a quick glance at Arthur and Alfred. She strode to the door and felt her breathing catch as she locked eyes with Brett.
“Kat..” He began, stuffing the flowers in her hands and forcing her into a tight hug.
“Let me go!” Kat growled, pushing her hands against his chest and fighting back more tears.
“Just let me explain!” He begged, still hugging her tightly, as if keeping her from running away.
“No! I know what I saw today! You hurt me, Brett!” Kat yowled, her face fierce and angry.
“Give me 5 minuets to make it up to you.” He said his voice low as he cupped her chin in his hand. Kat looked at him, hurt and betrayal shinning like two blue moons in her eyes. He tucked a locket of hair behind her ears and a soft smile edged onto his face. “I don’t like seeing you sad.” He said thoughtfully.
“You should have thought about that when you were swapping spit with that guy.” Kat said bitterly, her eyes turning hard.

Arthur stiffened seeing it was Brett at the door, and Alfred came ownstairs aswell, hearing the last part of the conversation.
"You heard her. Get out." Alfred snarled, being backed up by Arthur.

"Hey, punk, you stay out of this." Brett's usually gentle eyes turned hard.
"Just go Brett," Kat begged.
"No. You're mine Kat, I all ready promised you that I'd never leave. And I don't go back on my promises." Bret said, his voice hinting more than just apologies.

"Brett if you dont leave right now im calling the police." Arthur said, his voice cold and unforgiving. Alfred had one of Kat's arms and was gently pulling her inside.

“Kat, please, you’re mine. I want you.” Brett said, his cinnamon eyes softening, inviting her in. He disregarded Arthur’s threat and kept his eyes on Kat.
“I’m not a dog, you can’t just claim me.” Kat said, a disgusted under tone to her voice.
“Like h*ll I can’t.” Brett growled grabbing her and roughly kissing her.

Alfred had Brett out the door in a heartbeat, slamming him onto the concrete and knocking him in the jaw. Arthur grabbed Kat's arm and softly pulled her inside, watching Alfred beat Brett.

Brett cursed and managed to kick Alfred off of him, he landed one good punch across Alfred's face, then staggered to his feet. Brett panted and looked at Alfred, trying to guess his next move.
"What? Are you jelouse because you used to have Kat? Is that it? Can't stand to see someone else kissing her lips?" Brett taunted in a wicked tone. Kat wanted to help Alfred, but she was held back by Arthur so she couldn't go out.

Alfred cursed under his breath, and he wiped some blood off of his lip.
"No, Kat's like my sister, the only family i got, so you had better go pick someone else's life to screw up because i sure as he** won't let you screw up hers!" He snarled menacingly.

Brett knit his eyebrows into a scowl and then pounced on Alfred, pinning him and whacking him once more. Kat let out a curt scream at this, a few tears in her eyes.

Arthur rolled his eyes, having fought with Brett many times, he rammed into his side and knocked him off of Alfred.
"Go. Away." Arthur stated coldly, standing firmly beside Alfred.

“Not until I have Kat. Can’t you see? She’s not happy here, h*ll I wouldn’t be happy living with my Ex either. She’ll never truly move on until you’re out of the picture,” He pointed at Alfred, his words hitting home “If I take her with me, I promise she’ll be happy.” Brett said, now switching his gaze to Arthur.
