Well heres Zulu (AKA 'The Moved Dog) I will post more about him and the others when I get another post from one or more of you!

Name: Zulu
Name meaning: heaven
Name origin: African
Age: 3
Gender: Male
Personality: Intelligent, brave, Kind, helpful, likes other dogs and animals, funny, playful, loves swimming and running, excitable, talks a lot, gullible (means easily tricked, too trusting).
Very interested in shows and plays and the like, he would like to be a canine actor!
Appearance: Black and white Siberian husky, Piercing blue eyes, handsome!

Extra: Zulu was bought from a breeder at 10 weeks old; his owners wanted him to be a guard dog, something he was totally useless at!
They fed him well enough and took him to the vet when necessary but they never loved him, he was often left alone at home and got bored.
One day when he was 5 months old his owner's house was broken into and some stuff was stolen.
His owners were furious and shoved him out onto the street; he walked about and eventually came to Central Park. He found a shed where he met his brother and littermate Nuka!
They have used it as home ever since, and have become very close.
Once Jules caught him but as he was a well behaved gentle dog they gave him a special yellow collar and a brass licence tag. Plus a microchip, he is now officially a NY street dog.
He gets vaccinations and parasite treatment but for an unknown reason never neutered. He is fed and watered by a kind human. He’s friendly enough to humans but he has no real love for any of them.
He’s friends with many other dogs.
One day a man tempted him into a cage wit a piece of steak, man was Gus the evil vet!
being gullible he went in and Gus closed the door and knocked him out with an aesthetic!
He was taken to the lab. Gus said he had killed another dog with a yellow collar called Nuka, he believed his brother was dead.

"Hawhe-what is it? did you have some sort of plan or something?" Asked Konrad

“Tanga the best thing for him is to get him to take couple of laps of water every couple of minutes that will help to prevent vomiting and pain” Molly said to the Afghan cross.

“Ok thanks Molly I’ll tell them” Tanga said and ran back to the Lab.

Tiaki smiled in friendly way and wagged his tail.

“I must go now-I need to talk to Nuka before the rescue starts Rocket; Tiaki will not harm you Riley he is a very gentle dog” K?hui said in a gentle soothing voice. “Hi-and bye Tiaki I will see you soon” she ran back to the Lab
“Nuka I need to talk with you now-it won’t take long" the Australian cattle dog cross said.

Jules jumped down from his Animal ambulance, the headlights were shining on the small group of dogs. Jules took out a syringe and took some liquid from a bottle “this will help the blood to clot and ease the pain” the vet said.
He had a good look at Demon and gave another injection to the black malamute “this is a sedative if he can rest properly he should be OK” then he picked Riley up using the blood-stained duvet and put her in his Animal Ambulance he picked Demon up too and placed him next to Riley “Are you coming white Malamute he asked Freda and you-Australian shepherd?” he asked Rocket.

“Ok K?hui” Nuka said see you all in a moment he told the dogs in the lab. “Pups try to get that box open please-the key has a red dot on it. he leaped down next to K?hui.

Nuka we-Tiaki and I found a huge cave under the hill there s indicated wit her muzzle. It’s gently lit by glow-worms and big enough to hold many many dogs, and other animals. We could stay there and rest, watch the police Lab raid and then go back to Central park tomorrow night, there’s some ivy hanging down in front of it like a curtain I don’t think humans know abut it” K?hui said.

Thanks K?hui, that’s a great idea there may be some dogs who need to get back to their owners-but I think most will come.”
He turned to Macy “Macy isn’t this wonderful My brother Zulu I thought was dead is alive” he happily leaped back onto the boxes.

Inside the lab the three pups had jumped own onto the floor and run over to the key box.

Cale got the piece of rope in his teeth and pulled, the box open but he couldn’t pull it up enough to open it “Paw, Zeke help me here” he said with all three pups pulling the lid of the box came up and bumped against the wall.

“Daddy said it was on with a red dot on it” Paw said-here it is she said and picked it up she gave it to Cale

“Thanks paw” Cale said and leaped onto the chair then onto the top of the cages just as Nuka reappeared.

“Lets talk to the other dogs Paw” Zeke said.

Solo the collie who was good at reading minds guessed what her idea was "You want to make a hole in the wall for the animals to escape right Halfblack?" He asked the wolf.

Senidy sighed “the outside wall is made of double bricks reinforced with concrete and wire mesh-some of the men were talking about it one day. But the inner walls are not-they are made of one brick your Idea could be very helpful and male things a lot easier for us to get the small animals and cats through”

Nuka took the key from Cale “Thanks Cale” he said then he paused to listen to what the dogs were talking about Halfblack “See you soon” he said to the lab dogs and he leaped down to Halfblack and the group of dogs discussing her idea. “If that’s what you mean Halfblack that could save a lot of time-the doors between the cat dog and small animal’s rooms are very heavy but if we could make holes it would be fantastic”

“And some of the plaster on the walls and mortar holding the bricks are holding them together is crumbling away I noticed when I was in there; I think we could make holes quite easily.” Kolt said

“Yes and the door handles would be difficult to open- the door only opens inwards to the dog room from the cat and small animal rooms” Cana said.

“Whoa wait a minute that IS what you meant isn’t it-making a hole in the wall?” Konrad asked Halfblack

Inside the lab Paw and Zeke were talking to the dogs

“So you’re my uncle who my daddy thought was dead!” Paw said to Zulu her bushy foxy tail wagging.

“Yes indeed; I’m so excited about it and happy too soon we will get out of here I’m looking forward to hearing all your stories on this rescue so far!” Zulu said

“Hi Aleu I’m Zeke!” the Corgi pup told the Wolfdog, “I’m happy that Nuka has found Zulu”

“I am too Zeke” Aleu replied “and we should be out of here very soon!”

“Papi jumped onto the boxes and looked into the dog-room so you’re Shakira? He asked the pretty white husky Ill sing her my love song when we get in he decided.

Yes indeed handsome; you must be Papi Kolt told me about you! Shakira said excitedly.

Cale leaped down after giving Nuka the key and went to Logen Hi there what your name? He asked.

OOC1: Hi friends, as this got quite long I will add more about my other pets when some one else posts something else! There is a lot of information on here so please read it well! I will also post a plan of how he small animals will be escorted to the Roofed tennis court.

“I’m paw and these are my friends Zeke and Cale both of who were looking into the basket too now; she patted each pup on the back as said his name; what’s your name?” Paw asked Loggen.

“OK Hawhe I’ll help you with the cat room-Musher and Solo are going to get the top off one of the cages to block the hole we make so that Shanya can feel safe from the rats and mice. Let’s start scratching at the plaster!” Konrad said.

“And we will do the small animal room hey look here’s a big sheet of metal that should be big enough to cover the cat room hole, its straight and will be better than Kolt’s cage roof" said Duncan.

Great! Let’s get going Konrad said, if anyone else wants to help you may do!

Musher and Shay went down to the small animal started digging at the plaster and where soon able to push some bricks through to make a good sized hole.


Nuka smiled at Macy, “So did I-and he thought I was dead but the humans lied he’s ALIVE!!”
Nuka had a dilemma he didn’t know who to see first, Aleu or Zulu, I don’t want to hurt either of their feelings he thought “I want to se both of them but I don’t know who to see first” he said fustratidly.

“Why not see Aleu first She comes first alphabetically” Loki said, She said it loud enough for everyone including Aleu and Zulu to hear. The white German shepherd pup smiled at him then trotted of to see her mother/big sister-to-be, Shakira.

“Loki that’s a great idea thanks” said Nuka and rushed off to Aleu “Hi Aleu I’m great; how are you? he asked.

“I’m great thanks Nuka” Aleu said and nuzzled him “now go and see your long lost brother I’m so glad you found Zulu!”

Nuka grinned at her “thanks Aleu” he said and swung round in the corridor between the cages.

Zulu put his paws to the front of the cage

Nuka put one paw in his and one on the cage floor.

Zulu put his paw on Nuka’s-it was a routine greeting they had developed for themselves.

“How are you Zulu” Nuka asked remember everything now?”

“Yes dearest brother” he said nuzzling his beloved brother I thought you were dead” he said happy tears running out of his eyes.

“I thought the same of you Nuka said, well get you out of here as soon as we have the small animals and cats safe in some old tennis courts just make sure that they aren’t chased by anyone”

“Good idea Nuka” nodded Zulu.

In the cage next to them Suki and Skull where just introducing themselves to each other “yes Skull I’m an old English sheep-dog, just an unusual colour” Suki said and smiled sadly at Skull. “My parents where killed in a fire along with my littermates and humans.”

“I’m sorry to hear that Suki” Skull said Sympathetically. “I don’t really like my name I was thinking of changing it to Suta-and I will! Suta (Skull) said and I will look after you now if you like” he said.

“Thanks I like that name Suta and I’d love to be your girlfriend we cold look after each other!

That sounds good Suki Suta (Skull) said smiling.

“Hi Shakira glad you are ok and have met and my new daughter Cleo and Sadie” I’m gong to join them now; there is someone who wants to meet you! Kolt winked at his sister and joined Sadie and Cleo. I’m glad your ok now Cleo Kolt said smiling at his daughter.

"Yes everything’s going to be alright Cleo!" Sadie said as she nuzzled her daughter were going get you out of here just soon as the other animals are safe.”

“Oh mommy daddy I’m very happy to see you both and now I have an ant and maybe even an uncle and some cousins!”

Shakira was in the cage between Suki and Cleo- the one that had been Kolt’s. “we’re going to get you out of her very soon as soon as the small animals and cats are safe in some tennis courts to protect them” Papi said. Then he sang his song.

"Your fur is even whiter than snow
When I see you I don't feel low
Your eyes are as blue as the sky
You are beautiful oh yes oh my
Let's get out of here and be free
Will you come away with Papi?"

Oh yes I will handsome Papi Shakira said id love t be your girlfriend maybe even your mate and be big sister/mothr to Loki and Cale”

Macy observed Nuka as he spoke with Zulu. This seemed like a centimintal moment so she leaft them to themselves. Macy quickly asked Nuka "Do you need me to help get the little animals into the Tennis court?" She wagged her tail exitedly. Brothers were being reunited, Villans were being battled, it was a play but everything was real and macy was loving every minute of it. Her heart was beating fast now and she could barily stand for her tail was wagging so fast she almost fell over. This was thrilling.

"My name is Logen!" He managed to wag his tail. "I used to live with some funny animals but one got real big and then there was another little one, they cept saying funny words like Rotwiler wile giving me a bad look and then one day they gave me a peace of meat which was yummy but I got tyred after I ate it and I woke up with a cage around my muzzle. Then they locked me up and a ugly animal that smelled bad brought me here. They fed me bad stuff to make me sick to try something on me and cepts saying medison. It didn't work....and now I'm sick!" Logen summed up his life story in a single breath. Finally someone to talk to. What are you doing it looks like fun I'm stuck here with nothing to do." Logen hiccuped and fell down into the basket again.

When I get a post to say that Halfblack has helped Konrad to make the hole into the small animal room. Also to say If she or her family want to help get the small animals to the covered tennis court I will post the plan for doing so in that thread!

“Well Macy, it would be very helpful if you did help, you could be second to last, that’s an important position but I know you’re capable!” Nuka said.
“I’m giving the last position to Toa and Kau they Will have 50 small animals in front of them, and 5 between them and you Macy-I’m going to have 5 small animals between each 2 dogs- ill explain better later. Now I must talk to Aleu again, I’ll see you soon Zulu but get to know Macy better in the meantime; he turned back to Aleu.

“Well hello Logen that ‘Cage’ they put around your muzzle is actually called a muzzle; those humans where horrible to you. But things are going to get much better for you now” Paw said

“The reason why they put a muzzle on you is because you are part of a breed called Rottweiler. Some Humans are scared of that breed because they sometimes bite humans; humans think its for no reason but the truth is Rottweiler are very protective of their friends and family, sometimes if kids play rough a hoteliers will bite a human child because they think the other human is trying to harm them. Cale said.

"Not all humans are bad-I happened to get caught up with a bad human who drank too much stuff called alcohol. Which can make humans bad. And we have an adult Rottweiler here too, he is busy at the moment but ill tell him to come and talk with you later” Zeke said and smiled at him.

Zane was looking at Shanya “Shanya is that you?”

Yes my name is Shanya said I know this dog he used to go to shows he’s a show dog he still has his collar too… “Hey its you Zane! What happened how did you wind up here?” Shanya said and went over to his cage.

“Well my humans kept me outside in a run with a kennel, it was very boring they did take me for walks mist days but not everyday, apart from that I was only taken out in shows or grooming. Then one day my human lost all interest in shows I don’t know why. They fed and cleaned me and my kennel and run but stopped taking me for walks I got bored. So one day I sat near the door of my cage and ran out as Soon as it was opened. I ran for ages and eventually into an alleyway where I ran into a cage, the door clanged shut and I was bought here, they tested the effects of not getting any sleep as Soon as I started to fall asleep they threw cold water on me. Then they stopped for some reason I instantly fell asleep and slept for 24 hours straight, I only woke up a couple of hours ago. And well…here I am! Zane said”

“How horrible” Shanya said; “my owner is nice to me and recently she has been thinking o f getting another dog, maybe she will adopt you, I like you!”

“Well I’ve always had a crush on you” Zane said smiling at the pink poodle. It might just work he thought hopefully.

In the cage next to Zane was sweetie “I knew you would come back Cana” Sweetie smiled but what about Nooka?

“He stayed back at central park, he was shy of so many dogs; but he’ll be pleased to see you again!" Cana said.

The next cage was occupied by Tanner he sat patiently waiting someone will come and talk to me soon he told himself.

Loki had been talking with Shakira, and Shakira wanted to adopt her and after all Shakira was her big sister. She was very excited about it she knew Shakira, though she was her big sister would be a much better mother than her own mother, now she had lots of family! But she had also heard something Suta and Suki had decided in a whispered conversation. “Suki, please may I tell tanner please? She asked them well…OK Suki and Suta said. Thanks! Loki said; she had a crush on tanner!
Hey tanner guesses what Suki and Suta want to adopt you!

"That’s fantastic" Tanner said I’d love to have them as parents!

Solo was talking to Onyx who occupied the next Cage “Hi onyx I’m Solo one of the pups told us about you. There’s a pretty black dog outside called Senidy she cant face coming in because of bad experience she had here before-but she’d like to meet you when we get out of here;” He said.

That sounds wonderful, I look forward to it Onyx said happily.

Luke who was in the cage between Onyx and Aleu’s was talking to Prima I’m part Basenji-the barkles dog, so I can’t bark, I can yodel though-ill demonstrate later!

That sounds interesting Luke I have always wanted to meet a basenji I’ve herd about them maybe we cold be good friends! Prima said

Halkblack helped Konrad, but imstead of pawing the plaster away, she bite it away untill the secong wall came. "It'l have to be easyier because it was made first" she said to Konrad.

Shadow and Black looked at each other before helping Halfblack and Konrad.

Aleu smiled at Nuka “Paw came and introduced herself; she’s such a sweet pup id love to be her mum- and your mate, but lets make it a surprise for Paw! Aleu said quietly smiling at Nuka and Zulu cold be my brother–in–law!

“Fantastic I’m very happy to hear that and I’d love to be your mate; we will talk more about it after the rescue good idea to keep it as a surprise for Paw” he said quietly and nuzzled Aleu affectionately. “Now, as soon as both holes are made into the other two rooms…” He trailed off, looking from one end of the corridor to other. “Great they are now, he continued “The pink poodle; Shanya is going to stay in the cat room while we get the small animals out. She’s scared of rat and mice” he whispered the last few words. “2 of the new dogs, the female Black German shepherd Shay, and the male brown and white husky Musher are going to hold a metal panel against the hole from this dog room to the cat room to keep her in and them out!”


“See you later Zane, its time for me to go into the cat room so that none of these rats or mice get near me” she shuddered at the thought. She smiled at Zane and went up to and through the large hole between the dog and cat rooms.

Columbus came in and went through the hole too, the tabby and white cat wasn’t worried about the poodle attacking him.

Musher and shay manovered the metal panel across the hole, blocking it and leant against it to keep it in place.

Toa pushed the main door closed to prevent the small animals from running out. The only holes the dogs had made where between the dog/cat and Dog/ small animal rooms, each of which where one-brick thick so they where safe.

Senidy sat outside, at the door of the concrete shed, she growled barked and snarled under the door and was pleased to hear one of the guards yelp with fear and trip over something! K?hui had offered to sit with her and Senidy had accepted the offer. She was sadly thinking of what had happened to her in the lab- and her mate a tear slipped out of her eye.

K?hui also growled barked and snarled under the door, she looked up and was shocked to see a tear coming out of Senidy’s eye “Senidy What’s wrong?” She asked “if you want to talk about something I’m a good listener”

Senidy suddenly realised that she did want to tell K?hui, she nodded “yes I would like that thank you.” Senidy sighed sadly “a few months ago I was in this lab, so was my mate Deran, they were testing all sorts of things on him he was yelping and howling from the pain and then… She gulped as more tears rand down her face. “And then there was a loud yelp and howl and…I watched him die” (sniff). “Then a man picked me up and said your going t be alright little doggy his voice was low and mean. I knew he was lying they tested stuff on me too it hurt so much I just wanted get out of there…even die but the worst pain(sniff) was losing(sniff) Deran. Senidy cried some more then she felt K?hui’s forelegs wrap round her neck and cried on the sympathetic female’s shoulder.
Tiger the rat ran around all the cages of the small animals and broke the locks and after just over 3 minutes.

Tanga followed him and pulled doors open wit her paws within 4 minutes all the small animals where out of their cages and in the dog room.

OK Black, Shadow, Halfblack, and Konrad you can come with us or stay here and talk to some of the other animals. Are you ready Macy? He asked then he laid out his plan for moving the small animals into the covered tennis court.
