Gemma heard her mate humming and thought how beautiful it sounded and she then frowned. If I don't do it now, then I might never be able to! she thought as she nuzzled his neck and forgot about the cub an led him to the den and sat him down."I realy want to mate with you!But we need to find a nursery...and a pride...or we can make our own!I want our cubs to grow to be strong and sorrounded by loved ones....unlike me." She said in a serious voice then she looked around her, as if there were others there."I can ask my parents if they could join our pride! They would be honored to join!I just know it!And with us ruling these lands...there is no stopping us!" She said as her voice lifted."I will go get my parents now!And my brother Aja!" she said as she ran to where they were.Gemma sniffed around the den to see if they were there, and they were! She called for them and they awoke "Will you all join my pride? Please!"She asked as she explained their plan.

Zira looked at her daughter and smiled "Yes I would!" and she stood up and sat beside her.

Aja followed his mother and replied "Me too sis!" and sat next to her on the other side. They all waited for thier father's answer.

Gemma smiled at her mate and licked his face."Follow me..."She said as she walked infront of him and her tail skimmed his cheek and led him to the mating place, with a nice nursery next to it.She led Zorro in and layed down gracfully for him to mount her.She looked at him and smiled flirtatously.

Zira followed them and she led them to a den and Zorro and Gemma went to the mating cave. They all stayed behind and sniffed around and marked their territory.

ooc:Lions are pregnate for 3 months and a half!

(3 months later) Gemma awoke by her mate's side again and stretchedher body My stomach is huge! Gemma thought as she sat pon the leader's rock and roared to tell everyone that it was time to get up.Gemma went to Zorro and told him he was going hunting on her own and she would be back soon. And off she went, she knew she couldn't run as fast since she was pregnate, she spotted a large zebra and went for it, she pounced on it's back but she slipped and was being dragged by it.Gemma let go but the zebra was wild with rage and it ran for her and buck her stomache.Gemma layed there and cried knowing that her cubs must be dead. She limped home and told Zorro what had happened and fell onto the ground and let out a sea of tears "I'm sorry I've let you down." Gemma cried."This can't be happning!" Gemma said in disbelif.

ooc:I will play the white female cub!But who wil play the dark brown one?

Gemma started to quint with pain and her legs stiffined up and her eyes were filled with pain "Bring me t the nursery! Now!" Gemma screamed in protest of everyone just staring at her.Aja carried her to the nursery and she pushed and pushed and one by one came out but there as only two that lived. It was a dark brown male and a white female with both blue eyes.Gemma licked the blood and sack off them and their eyes were still closed "They are so, so beautiful!"Gemma exclaimed as the two small cubs stumbled and crawled towards their mother's stomach for heat and food.Gemma had four tears of happiness coming from her eyes and she knew this was what she was made for.She looked at Zorro and frowned "GO and drop of the dead ones at the hyena cave please.. Gemma said as she nudged the five small limp bodies towards him.

Zira sat down with stars in her eyes as she watch her daughter give birth, but onlt two lived."They are the cutest cubs I have ever seen Gemma!" Zira said as she pushed the leaf bed closer into them so Gemma had more room.

Aja carried his sister on his back and everyone else helped him and then they slid her off onto the leaf bed with the pelt in it "There ya go sis" Aja said as he sat down near his parents and Zorro.
