Toby: Lets say you find a big, juicy, perfectly cooked ham, within your read, no one else in the room. The smell overwhelms you, the succulant meat almost calling out to you. What would you do?

Toby: Truth to tell, I'd probably take it. What can I say, I have a weakness for ham.
Luna: Is that why you suddenly got so preoccupied when we passed the butcher's on our last date?
Toby: The secret's out.

This one is for Toby.

If Luna was kidnapped and taken halfway across the world would you go after her no matter what?

Toby: I'd travel around the world five times to get her back if I had to.
Luna: How about six?
Toby: Nah. By the sixth time I'd probably figure out where they were taking you and just wait there.

If you where throw across the room by luna what would you do?

Toby if a portal to a new world magically appeard right in front of you,what would do?

Toby.

Toby: I don't think she could do it.
Luna: (smirking) Though I have been tempted on occasion.


Toby: What kind of world are we suggesting here?

I have a few questions for Toby and Luna.
OK. Here they are:
For Toby:
1. How did you feel when Luna was in the hospital when you guys were pups?
2. What was your first thought when you found out Luna was expecting? (And by that, I mean pregnant.)
3. Did you ever NOT cause mischief when you were a puppy? (XD.)

For Luna:
1. What was YOUR first thought when you found out you were expecting?
2. How did it feel when you gave birth to the pups?
3. Did you have a crush on Toby when you first met him?

Toby: Think of the worst you've ever felt in your life, then imagine about a hundred times worse. Now you're close. Luna was my best friend, and I had almost killed her. The thought of her dying, or even never walking normally again... I don't even know how to put it into words. The guilt was just awful. Plus there was the fact that Mom had told me a hundred times that I should only climb with grown-ups around, and then only on stable piles. There's nothing like an "I should have listened" to make you feel worse than you do already.


Luna: (laughing) Oh, you should have seen the look on his face. I would have died laughing if I weren't so distracted by the fact that we were going to get to be parents.
Toby: (chuckling) I guess I must have looked pretty funny. As for how I felt, I just didn't know what to say. For one thing I was surprised. After everything we'd gone through, she might as well have popped up through the floor and sprouted wings as told me that she was expecting pups. At first I was thinking I couldn't believe she'd done it. I almost didn't want to believe it, because if she was wrong the disappointment would be too much for either of us. Then when the fact that this was for real started to sink in, I just couldn't get over the fact that we had done it again. In spite of the odds, we had done the impossible. It was just... oh, there's no describing it.
Arrow: Don't forget how you treated her like she was made of glass for the next month or two.
Toby: How could I forget? [gazing at Luna] Looking at her and knowing about the little lives inside of her, lives we made together even when it was impossible... it just made her seem more amazing and beautiful than ever. If there's a God like the humans talk about, I couldn't thank Him enough for letting me live that kind of joy.


Terry: Of course, he had to sleep some time.
Toby: (sarcastically)Thank you, mother. But yeah, once in a while I managed to stay out of trouble for a day or two. But then I would see something and get curious, or I'd come up with a stunt, and... well, you know the rest, basically.


Luna: Well, kind of like Toby, I couldn't bring myself to believe it at first. I'd felt twitches and things like that, like something I ate was trying to get out. The idea of pups came to me, but it was more of a "What I wouldn't give to have puppies inside of me and not just some stomach bug." The wishing got stronger and more painful all the time, and that morning when Arrow told me my stomach had been hitting her all night I just stared at it for a whole hour going, "This is impossible." It's funny now; what I'd always wanted was staring me in the face, and I almost refused to buy it.

Sometimes I wonder if the pups knew what I was thinking, because I had just started to lay down when all of them started kicking like crazy. When that happened, when I knew it couldn't be my imagination, I couldn't help myself. I just had to howl, to tell the whole world, "Yes! It's true! I'm finally going to really be a MOM!


Luna: I don't think I can do it justice. I just felt so happy, and my body hurt so much, and it felt so strange that I knew exactly what to do and how to cre for them even though I'd never done this before. I'd never felt so awful and so good in my life.


Luna: (laughs) No, he was cute back then, but not like he is now. I wasn't really old enough to like boys that way. But he seemed alright for a playmate, if just a tiny bit bone-headed.
Toby: [rolling eyes] Females. One mistake and they never let you forget it.
Luna: [licking his cheek] Of course not. You're always cuter when you're embarrassed.


Toby: Sounds like a nice place. I'd probably move there if a sertain someone tagged along. [winks at Luna]
Luna: I could be persuaded.

Luna: Nothing. He's not dangerous. Well okay, not usually.
