Adam whimpered and tried to ignore Scotty while he hummed, the lyrics to the song flowed through his head, leading along with the tune: The trouble with girls is they're a mystery.

"C'mon Adam, I know you know the words!" Scotty teased continuing to hum and making his friend snap out of his thoughts.

Sydney laughed, humming along with her brother.
"C'mon Adam! I know you gotta voooice!" She chimed.

"C'mon buddy, I'll sing with ya!" Scotty grinned then sang "They're sugar and spice and angel wings..."

Adam was silent the he smirked and continued: "H*ll on wheels in tight blue jeans, A Summer night down by the lake. An old memory that you can't shake!"

"They're hard to find yet there's so many of em, The way that you hate that you already love em. I guess that's the way it's supposed to be!" Scotty sang then the boys began singing in union. Sydney smiled, laughing as the boys sang.

Adam and Scotty laughed once they had finished the song.

Sydney smiled, and petted Rusty, who had hopped up into her lap.

"Meow!" Rusty sounded, looking curiously over at the guys.

"C'mon Adam, we better go, so your fan girls aren't kept waiting!" Scotty teased as he stood up.

"Pfft, let em' wait, we don't have to go for ten more minutes." Adam huffed.

"Haha. I'd like to see Adam's so called fan girls. I'll go so i can pelt Adam here with some tomatoes." Sydney teased. "Or another type of fruit."

"Alright sis, you better go get ready, we're leavin' in eight minutes." Scotty replied.

"I'll be ready in...eight minutes." Sydney joked, jogging upstairs. In around five minutes she came back down, all dressed and ready.

"Alright, let's go!" Scotty announced standing up...

They arrived at the baseball field, which was still attending to the final minutes of the previous game. They all stood watching as the game slowly came to an end. "Oh Adam here come, your fans! Megan, Kayla, Lauren, and Jennifer!"

"Oh God!" the red head yelped turning and seeing four, of the prettiest girls in the school, dressed in "casual" dresses and high heels, approaching. They weren't the prettiest girls in school, Hope and her gang had them beat, but they where second best and proud of it. They didn't care about baseball, they juts liked the baseball team's captain, Adam.
