Ana nuzzled her sister to try to cheer her up. "Hey, at least we get to have our own little adventure here, right?"
"Alright, lets get the others and head out, Canyon." said Aleu.
"But first, you need some descent food in you." said Aniu, Mako laced all Sonya's food with a chemical that would give her a terrible stomach ache and make her feel like she'll throw up but can't no matter how bad it got, it was terrible.

Canyon nodded. "Is everyone ready to leave?" he asked the group.
Sonya shuddered at the memory. "Yes, some decent food would be nice to have after all those terrible meals."

Kodi nodded. "Ready when you are," he said.
Scout got up from the ground. "Yep, all set."
"Then lets head out," Canyon said, trotting from the cave.
"I thought butcher's hated dogs?" Sonya asked confused. "This one likes dogs?"

"You two ready?" asked Aurora, smiling.
"Lead the way honey." said Aleu, licking her mate's cheek. "I love you."
Balto looked to his father. "Young love." he whispered, smiling, refering to his daughter and Canyon.
"This one does, quite a few do actuelly, mostly sense your brother saved his entire town." said Aniu. She looked at a news paper. "Hey look, there's a news paper clipping of him." she said, pointing to a clipping from Balto and Kodi's race with the plane.

"Not so young anymore," Scout said.
Sonya's eyes widened, seeing her brother for the first time. "Wow," she said breathlessly. "Who's that?" she asked, pointing to a red dog next to him. "He looks like Balto."

Aurora nodded. "Alright but watch out for porcupines." she joked.
"I hope my aunt is ok." said Aleu, worried a bit.
"But they're still young." said Balto ."They've got a big life ahead of them."
"That's your nephew, his name is Kodiak, but he goes by Kodi." said Aniu. "Balto has six pups. Aleu, who is Alpha of Nava's pack now, Kodi, Miki, Rose, Dingo, Saba, and Dingo."

"I;m sure she's just fine," Canyon said with false hope.
"And maybe with pups," Scout said. "Are you ready to become a grandfather?"
"Aleu, Kodi, Miki, Rose, Dingo, and Saba," Sonya repeated, wanting to get their names down to memory before meeting them.

Aurora nodded and laid the pups into the camp. "Here's our base camp, we all have family dens." she said. "Each family has their own den, mother, father, and pups." she said. "We also have the den mothers, they're wolves who delieve pups when they're born."
Aleu nodded. "We'll see." she said. "Lets get going."
"I can't wait, I love pups." said Balto.
"Yes, and that was his first litter actuelly." said Aniu. "He has two almost year old pups." she said. "Named Diana, though she prefers just Ana, and Maria."

"How many different positions do wolf packs have?" Maria asked. "Aleu mentioned Betas before."
Canyon nodded and led the way out of the camp and in the direction of the town he would never forget.
Scout chuckled. "I never said you wouldn't like them," he said. "Just the idea of your daughter having pups and raising a family of her own."
"Ana and Maria," Sonya said. "Veyr pretty names. Oh, I can't wait to met them all!"

"There are quite a few." said Aurora. "I'm a scout, its my job to check things out to make sure they're going smoothly." she said. "You'll be temporary babysitters while you're here, which actuelly is a positiion." she said. "Thing is our babysitter is going to have babies of her own."
Aleu walked beside her mate, happy to be next to him.
"I'm perfectly fine, as long as she's happy, I am." said Balto.
"I know." said Aniu, smiling. "But first lets get some food in your stomach."

"And Aleu and Canyon are alphas," Maria said, stating the only wolf pack position she really knew. "What are betas?"
Canyon smiled at Aleu uneasily, the memories of that day slowly flooding his mind.
"And if you're happy, and she's happy, than we all should be happy," Scout said. "I know that at least I will."
Sonya nodded in agreement. "Which way to the butchers?" she asked.

"They're the wolves right below the Alphas." said Aurora. "The Omega Wolf is at the bottom of the pack, he is the lowest member." she said. "In a lot of packs, the Omega is treated poorly but we don't treat ours bad."
Balto nodded. "I know, that's how I feel." he said. "Aleu was always special to me...maybe because she was diffrent like I was."
"That way." said Aniu, pointing to a nearby ally. The door to the butchers was open. "Stand outside and whimper and such."
