Balto got his harness on. He held Jenna's harness for her.

Tai smiled ruefully, looking up at the sky for a brief moment.

"Alright then we run as soon as the musher tells us." said Balto. "And soon we'll be getting the medicine and heading back for home."
Cachen nodded. "Yeah, so we can be back with momma, where we belong." he said.
"I bet Tai will visit too." said Lena. "We'd never forget our family."

Mr. Simpson stretched slowly as he walked. Getting ont the back of the sled, he called the signal to go.
Tai nodded, smiling wideloy at her brother. "Right, where we belong."
Kodi nodded. "I'm glad you and Tai would visit us."

Balto started off running. His greying fur always felt so good when the breeze blew against it, blowing out the old, shed fur. He might not of been as young as he used to be but he was still strong and strong willed.
Cachen started running himself.
Fang started off.
Lena began to run, smiling to her father.

Jenna started off, looking at Balto warmly; he always looked happy when he ran.
Kai started running, keeping low to the ground, his head level with his body.

Balto thought back to the sirum run. "We'll make it into the city today, or should." he said. "Hopefully, then its smooth sailing home." he said.

"I think you can see the city lights ahead!" said Balto, pointing out where the lights shown in the distence. "Its a big city." he said. He looked back to the musher and barked happily, alerting him to the city lights.
Cachen smiled brightly. "Its beutiful."
Lena's eyes sparkle with amusement. "Its so pretty papa."

Jenna's eyes widened, she had never seen so many lights. "It's amazing!" she gasped out lightly.
Kodi smiled at Lena. "Big cities usually have that effect."
Kai looked very reserved about going towards the lights. "Looks really unnatural..." he said, ears pinned back.
Mr. Simpson nodded, and looked at the lights. They would be there in no time.
