"I can't believe that mutt would be mad at me for...." he tripped over Zak.

"Whatta ya doin lying here?" he snapped trying to figure who the dog was because he recognized him.

Zak was unconscious, out cold from all the drinks he had at the Fleabite.

"Hey I am talking to you," Charlie picked the dog up to take a closer look at him I know who he is but I don't know how.

Zak was limp, but he was breathing. Every breathe out Charlie could smell the alcohol on the dogs breath.

"You reak!" Charlie screamed into Zak's ear.

Still no reaction.

Zero heard Charlie, but ignored it. He figured Charlie didn't want to see him right now anyway. Zero sure as heck didn't wanna see Charlie.

Charlie looked around to make sure no one was there and just smacked the dog.

Zak's head simply lolled to one side and hung limp. He mumbled something incoherent.

Charlie smacked Zak once again, "Who are you!?" he screamed into his ear once again.

The reply was almost unintelligible, but Charlie managed to hear through the grumbles: "Zak..."

Charlie has finally beguan to calm down, "What are ya doin here?" he questioned.

Zero's curiosity finally got the better of him and he followed Charlie. "Hey Charlie... Who's that and what are you doing to him?"

The Doberman Shepherd mix was silent again.

Charlie turned his head sharply, "Zak, this is Zak."

(What just happened?)

(A lot...)

"... So what are you doing to him?" Zero asked, able to smell the boozed up dogs breath from where he was standing and his muzzle wrinkled in slight distaste.
