Turtwig hopped up next to his best friend and partner. He saw the storm brewing outside. "Sure looks like a nasty storm brewing." he said. "But we're nice and safe in here."
Chatot took his spot but before allowing them to eat, he had an announcement. "Wait! Don't start yet!" he yelled, getting complaining. "Relax! This is important! Its about the expedition." he said, that making them excited. "Tommarrow morning, we announce who goes on it, then after everyone is prepared and ready, we'll go." he announced. "Ok, you may eat!"
Skuntank smiled to his partners, that was what they've been waiting for.

OOC: I've only played the second one but they're still cool. I think they've met Darkrai in ours, just don't know about him yet.
Turtwig put his vine on her shoulder, giving her a reassuring glance. "Don't worry, we did our best." he said. "We've got nothing to be ashamed of. There's always next year."
Deoxys watched through the window, then flew off to Grovyle's lair and landed on the cave lip. "They're going to Fogbound Lake tomarrow."

Turtwig ate his food, feeling a little nervious himself but acting as brave as possible for Jessie's sake.
Deoxys nodded. "ITs Uxie protecting the Fogbound Lake." he said. "But be careful, remember, killing anyone could alter time before you succeed, and then the sacrifice you and your partner plan to make will be in vain."

Turtwig looked out. "Too excited to sleep?" he asked. "Me too." he said. "Anyway, let's try to get some sleep, might be a big day tomarrow."

Deoxys nodded. "She is here...but she's...undercover so to speak." he said. "And for her protection, she doesn't want you to know her location in fear it'll tip off Dusknoir." he said, lieing but considering he had no facial features besides his eyes, it was easy. He didn't want Grovyle to know where Jessie was in fear it'd jeperdize them both.
Turtwig nodded. "And we both went after him to protect the other." he said, smiling. "We're good friends in that case, huh?" he said, happy about that. "...You make me do brave things, Jessie...things I could never do alone."

Deoxys nodded. "I will keep watch over her...but remember, when you succeed in altering fate and changing the future, you are not the only one who will pay the ultimate price to make that happen."
Turtwig nodded. He touched his foot to her hand. "If you ever need me, I'm right here." he said. "I'll always be here for you." he said, smiling.

Deoxys nodded. "Now please get some rest, when the time comes you'll need your strength, Uxie will not surrender the Time Gear without a fight...but remember, you mustn't kill him, or you may make an even worse future than what you came from."
OOC: The reason I'm having Deoxys drive that point in so much is because Grovyle eventually defies it in crystal cave (well almost...)
Turtwig curled up as well, falling asleep shortly.

Turtwig jumpped up and hurried out to the assembly.
"Alright, now everyone I will now announce the Pokemon going on the expedition." said Chatot, getting out a piece of paper. "Ok, lets see...Sunflora, Bidoof, Loudred...,and Corpfish...that's it everyone!" he said, not yet noticing where Wigglytuff had scratched down more names.
Turtwig sighed. "Oh well, they deserve it more than us, we tried." he said, watching Sunflora have one of her happy fits.
OOC: Wanted to get their reactions first. Couldn't remember the exact names.
