Yeah well that's because Kira is giving you info she's not supposed to. She obviosly doen't know how this works, and a lot of people are going to have an issue if she doen't know what she's doing. Yoru is obviously not doing her job either, and a lot of things are going wrong, so now I'm putting everything on hold. I put it in bold writing so that everyone would listen. I wasn't directly attacking you.

Ok everyone! Kira and I have worked this out! Here's the new procedure to reserves!
I will be the ONLY one TAKING reserves! They must be sent to ME by PM ONLY! Lilo will complete the reserves! She will then send the finished ones to KIRA! KIRA will PASS OUT the finished reserves to thier owners HERE!
DO NOT ASK FOR RESERVES HERE! DO NOT ASK KIRA FOR A RESERVE! DO NOT ASK ME WHEN THEY WILL BE DONE! You have to ask KIRA ONLY!
Now I am taking the reserves again! It's back open!

Dakotah, are you familiar with the rules here? Your not in trouble or anything, but I think we may have a job for you, because the person who had this job isn't doing it.
