Rue wanted to stay out, but ended up following Setsuko to the shoreline.

Setsuko Waterbended most of the lakewater off her before slipping on her clothes. She did not have an extra outfit here and certainly did not want to be sopping wet all day. Jaci pushed his way out of the lake, thick, wet fur clinging to his skin. He shook it off, sending droplets flying. "Oh, Jaci! No! Stop!" Setsuko complained and the water landed on her. She sighed. "Well, I suppose they needed to be washed anyway," She muttered.

Rue didn;t want to climb into her clothes wet. It would only serve to get them wet as well. "Do you mind getting some of the water off me?" she asked Setsuko, feeling kind of awkward asking the question.

"Sure." Setsuko extracted the water from Rue's skin. She stumbled a little bit, realizing that she had forgotten to breath, but she regained her balance. There was no way she would let herself faint this far from the cabin. Of course, it would have been a minor case, but still.

"Ypu okay/" Rue asked worriedly, seeing her stumble.

"Yeah...just fine." Setsuko breathed. "If I want to bend, I have to breath deeply first, and even then I need to take it slowly. I forgot to, I almost passed out. But I'm fine."

'Okay," Rue said, a hint of concern still in her voice. She pulled on her clothes quickly.

"Come on," Setsuko invited. "Let's get back to the cabin."She began to trot swiftly away from the lake and into the forest. Jaci followed. His pelt was still a bit damp, but it would soon dry.

Rue walked after Setsuko, having to walk faster than normal to catch up with her, aswalking at a fast pace.

When they reached the cabin, Setsuko sighed and fell down on her "bed". Her breathing was light and fast, but after a minute it deepened as she fell into a gentle snooze.

Rue, unable to go to sleep, strecthed out her wings a tiny bit. It was a step up from having to pull them in, which began to hurt after a while.

Setsuko awoke soon afterward, feeling much better and more alert. Her stomach growled with hunger. Why hadn't they got some fish while they where down at the lake? Oh well, they could do that later.

"You awake now?' Rue asked, seeing Setsuko began to stir. She also heard a low, liquid growl that made her jump and look around. 'What was that?"

"Mmmm....yeah," Setsuko mumbled. "What's wrong?" She asked curiously, noticing Rue's shocked expression. She noticed that Jaci was a bit nervous too; his hackles were raised. "Did I miss something?" Setsuko wondered out loud.

"What was that noise? Was it Jaci?" RUe asked warily.
