Emuku left and in a moment arived with the machine. " Ok Pyro help he get her ready." he called as he picked up a couple of bags of mix.
Pyro ran over to help him and in a few minutes they where ready to pour.

They used an expermental energy field to hold the concrete in place until it hardened, it was too dangerious to use with dinos but was perfect to mold the buildings in the proper shape, it could even do window holes, which cut the time in half. "Don't touch the energy field, unless you want to need a cloned arm."

Emuku lifted a lever and the cement came down slowly threw a tube. " Here it comes." he called over the noise of the machine.

Pyro bent down low to the ground and looked at Skull. " I'm going to tell you Skull that you are very lucky. I've been places and seen people who aren't nice at all. Every one here is lucky. And thats why we need to help take care of it. For instance thats why Emuku, Tracy, and I are here. To keep you safe and help keep our home here as good if not better then it is now." He smiled. Pyro rubbed Skulls head with a grin.

"I guess that was the plan." said Tracy. "Oh and I looked into it and all we have to do to become our own nation is declear inpendence." she said. "And technically no country has right to this island so no one can block it." she said. "And even if they want to, they'd have to declear war and look what they'd be up against, we're more advanced than most countries and we've got a dinosaur army pretty much." she said. "Its pretty much a done deal." she said.
