Mason ~
He held his baby sister, rocking her and getting her to stop crying. Mason looked at daddy. Daddy... Where did Haley go? [b]Adam shook his head. He would explain later.

Villina got up and went into the bathroom, blowing her nose. She came back out, eyes red and swollen from the tears that had been shed. She sat down again. The doctor was urging them to leave because the storm was coming and fast. She picked up Mason and Mel.

Adam ~
He didn't know what they were going to do with the dead Haley but he sighed and left in his truck. Someone had drove it to the hospital for him. Adam sat in the truck. It smelt just like a diesel truck would smell.

The doctor re -assured Villina that they would keep Haley safe. Or her body at least. So they could bury her in the backyard. She got in the car and made sure that Mason and Mel were all set before igniting the engine and off the drove. She made sure to call the parents and tell them to stay where they were, which was CO because they had wanted to see it.

Adam ~
He drove along when he saw a huge wave of water coming over a hill. He turned the wheel hard and gunned it. He told Villina to go the other way and quickly! Adam thought of Joker.

Joker with the vet staff in the kennels, with the other dogs. She veered and she pressed on the gass and felt bad for the horses in the trailer. She barely evaded the water and kept driving, looking back to make sure Adam was behind her still.

Adam ~
He saw Haley's elmo doll and it made his heart ache worse. Suddenly, a tree fell onto the road and Adam swerved to the side. Loosing control and finally skidding off the rode. Waves rode up quick behind him.

Villina stopped as Adam's car disappeared behind a tree. She got out of the car after parking it on a hill and she ran down to the truck, climbing over the fallen tree. She landed on the other side and rushed to Adam.

Adam ~
He motioned Villina away with his hand and kept driving. He parked next to her but the wind pushed hard against the truck. Adam put the parking brake and looked at the car.

Villina jogged back to the car and hopped inside. She turned the key and drove again. She smiled as they were out of danger now and she was on a nice street. She turned several times and there was her friend's house. She parked the car.

Adam ~
He drove behind Villina, the wind gusted up hard against his truck and almost flipped it over. Adam saw his door rattle and knew that wasn't good. He finally parked and looked over the horizon. A mountainous wave jetted up.

Villina got out and helped the kids inside, she let out the horses and brought them to the barn. She ran inside, her friend greeted her with a giant bear hug. She smiled and turned to the kids, "This is my best friend Emma, she lives here. Emma, this is my kids... Mel, Mason, and... yeah." she said.

Adam ~
He helped Villina. Bringing Rascal inside for Mason, to keep him busy. Adam went and checked on Joker and made sure his lifelong pal was alright. Adam smiled some and patted Joker's head.

Emma smiled and looked at Adam. She asked Villina who he was. "This is my husband. Adam love, this is Emma, my best friend from college. She was from America and went to college in Canada... with me." she said, Emma shook Charles hand. "He's cuter than then your fiance, the guy who got into the car crash with you. Sure he was nice and all and I liked him... but..." Emma said and smiled, Villina got all quiet.

Adam ~
Nice to meet you as well. He said, he had a firm grip and a strong hand. He shook her hand a got a little red when she said he was cute. Your a little daisy yourself. He said and grinned with a smile.
