Prince was on his feet at the yelp. His ears pricked and his fur bristled.

Dalton whimpered, and glanced at the cave locking eyes with Warbler. The male noticed, and snarled letting up Dalton, and waltzing over to Warbler. "Warbler honey. Daddies hoooome!" He growled, with a smirk, and Warbler cowered in fear.

At hearing that it was Warbler's father, Prince flew up in rage with such a loud snarl it echoed similar to a roar.

The shepherd merely glanced at Prince, and frowned raising and eyebrow. "Calm down big bad wolf, what's your problem." He snorted, then turning back to Warbler. "Arent you supposed to be dead? I mean ], youre a freak of nature, simply sad to call you my own child." He huffed, and Warbler frowned, hanging her head. Dalton watched his sister sadly, his eyes flaming with anger and spirit.

Prince snarled. "Get. Away. From. Her." His fur bristled as his eyes narrowed on the shepherd. Duke stood up and snarled as well.

The male growled. "Hey, woah gramps what's your problem? Protectin' little Warbsy are ya? Who're you?" Warbler's dad had an equal mass as Prince, though he was a tad shorter. His Akita in him causing him to be more stocky, the shepherd in him an excellent fighter. Dalton crawled over, but was snatched up and thrown back outside by their dad. "YOU. Stay there." He snarled, not breaking eye contact with Prince.

Prince's fur bristled. "They call me Diablo." he stated simply. "Because i'm truly a devil that shouldn't be messed with." Prince lashed his tail to the side, scrapping his claws against the floor. "I took in Warbler, when YOU left her." Prince snarled loudly.

Dalton shrank back against a tree, and whimpered. "Oh, Devil huh? Well I aint got no nickname, but im not afraid of anyone like you." He growled, swishing his tail. "But why'd ya take in this little tick? She's....hideous!!" He said, plopping a big heavy paw on her head, pushing it into the ground.

Duke launched forward the moment he touched Warbler, gripping the shepherd's leg in his teeth with a loud SNAP.
"I care about her." Prince growled.

'Dad' snarled, and snatched onto Duke's scruff and hurled him across the cave. "Hah! Getta taste of Warbler's first years of life kid!" He barked, laughing. Warbler gasped when Duke was thrown, but still remained quiet.

Duke hit the ground but was up in an instant growling with pure anger.
Prince bristled and stalked over. "You wanna pick on someone, then we better start with me." He bared his teeth.

"Bring it on gramps." 'Dad' snarled, and Warbler cowered in fear. "Can w-we not fi-fight please?" She begged, her belly skimming the floor as she crawled over to 'dad'.

Prince growled, his fur bristling. "Oh i'll show you what fear really means," he bared his teeth.

For a moment 'dad' seemed genuinely frightened, before baring his teeth and launching himself at the shepherd. "DADDY!" Warler cried out to Prince, before running out to hide behind Dalton.

Prince actually let the shepherd grab him before he suddenly froze. He snapped. With a sudden jerk he rammed to the side, snapping his sharp teeth on the shepherd again and again, letting his wolf side take over, showing the Diablo that everyone was afraid of.
