Peter walked inside and saw the fight that was happening. Sam watched beside Peter as he saw both Sylar and Dean fighting.

Sam ran over to Dean's side, "Are you alright?" Sam asked Dean. "Yeah I'm fine," Dean replied. "He should be out right now, but that won't last long," Peter said to them.
