Rusty stood off to the sidelines and watched very carefully looking at the backdoor to make sure the farmer wasn't coming back out.

Ienzo got up so the green corn stalks and started gnawing through slowly, not trying to make any noise.
"He seems a bit irresponsible. Letting his daughter go out on something crazy as this. No offense, it's just normally parents don't allow that sort of thing."

Ienzo twitched his ears and cursed under his breath, grabbing the three stalks he managed to gnaw off and taking the fourth one he was working on in his powerful jaws and going off.

"Keep quiet there they are" Grace noticed Rusty hiding behind a boulder and heard the dog begin to bark as well.
