With that been said, Arondight felt more confident around Kaneta, and he flashed a grin. "Last one there is a fresh-kill zebra." He teased and heaved his mass around as he ran the direction of the watering hole. Though, he made sure to keep at a slower pace than usual so that Kaneta would win.

Kaneta smiled and chased after Arondight...she then saw him slow down, "Come on don't slow down," she said as she passed him, "I want it to be a fair race."

Arondight smirked. "Very well.." He replied and increased his speed, neck and neck with Kaneta. He couldn't deny he was probably slow for a male, but that would probably have something to do with the fact his left hind leg was almost always sore because he'd been dropped as a cub. Still, he was going at a fairly good pace and putting up a bit of a challenge for the lioness that was racing him.

Kaneta laughed as both she and Aron raced...her breathing became heavey as the she began to tire, she took in a deep breath and exhaled gaining a little more air into her lungs. "You having fun yet?" she asked Aron

Arondight just smiled, signalling that he was having fun. Soon the watering hole came into sight, and the jungle trees beyond it. He quickened his pace a little, ignoring the pain of protest in his leg.

Kaneta smiled while running looking back in front of her seeing the jungle ahead her chest hurting with every breath. Her pace was slowing down, 'Can't breath, chest hurting,' she said to herself, as they both reached the water hole, she looked to her side to see if Aron was near her, which was a bad idea for she didn't even know how close she was to the water for she fell in being submerged under water, she resurface shortly after sputtering out the water.
Shangeti smiled she was always happy to know that Taka loved her she then rested her head against his chest their cubs came to rum cuddling against their parents. Another smile came across her lips as she felt the remainder of their cubs against her, "We will never let anything happen anymore to you guys."

Arondight skidded to a halt infront of the watering hole and slowly, a grin spreaded onto his face. That grin turned into a few chuckles. "Are you alright?" He asked her, slowly padding to the edge of the water.

"Yeah I'm fine," she said swimming to the edge, she climbed out. Once she got out she shook the fur off of her body, "It was actually refreshing," she smiled at him, "Looks like you could use a dip yourself," she said walking around him. And without warning she tackled him playfully.
Shintara growled, "Fine if he won't show himself then I'll just wait for him you two can go back I can take care of myself, there is something that must be done...just him and me," she said in her soft voice
Kartur looked at Shintara then at Dragon, "Should we leave her alone?" Kartur asked

Arondight gave a yowl of surprise as she tackled him and they both fell into the water. When he resurfaced he started laughing, his mane covering his eyes.
