Whoa...Ac, you just described, in a nutshell, most of what is going on currently at Balto Source (with what you described of TIB, whatever that is). Not to knock on Balto Source, because I DO like and value it a lot but, from where I'm standing, what you described of TIB is pretty much what's happening to Balto Source, almost to the letter.

Yes, I remember this period very well of course (the temporary TIB, etc)
And yes, it seems that there are always things like that happening in any community when it grows too much.
It's a shame that it's so quiet on TIB now, I don't like so much owning the only Balto site really active, because everyone hasn't got the same views on things and I understand that some Balto fans may not like the way my site is managed.
I think the problem with TIB is that there's nothing new to attract visitors and keep them checking it. I think the only way to keep visitors coming on a site is by offering new things, and if possible not only things coming from the visitors themselves. Maybe a lot of people here just don't know about TIB too, because I feel many people just don't check the links page here.
But, well, this is becoming a bit off topic.
Oh yes, there has been a decrease of the number of visitors these days, but it's very slight (around 5%), so for now I don't worry too much. Anyway, as I said, even if there was no active member, I would still let the site online.

I dissagree again Togo, you have to remember how long TIB has been going for, it has been online for years, not as long as TBL (the Balto League) and in that time it has seen a lot. It wasn't that people got bored, people just moved on, you see that happening here all the time in those annoying 'IM LEAVING!!1111' TOPICS. hey ironic that I'm typing in one now.
I don't understand what you mean by it was static though.. not moving? I always thought it was quite open, there wasn't much that couldn't get discussed. Also only a few people from TIB joined this site (or at least actually were active here), not as many as you make out.

. . . Is it me or did this thread go from 'Goodbye, y'all!' to 'Hey lets chat about how my site rocks!'?
