About meetings, I really think we should get organized before we have meetings about this, there are really only myself, Nick and Kari at the moment (and Tibb-wolf when she gets back) with only the 4 of us a meeting probably is'nt gonna work I'm in the UK and I don't think you guys live that close to each other (I'm not that good with American geography) and, I don't know about you but I don't want a load of people being organizers just for the sake of it, we have to think sensibly about this or it's just not going to work!

Secondly,
It would really help if you guys could scout around for a good host location, if you find a good one ask how much it would cost to rent it out for a day, mention an event if possible, we will need somewhere fairly big and in a well known location. I think we should hold frst event in USA and if all runs smoothly organize a european one aswell! I will scout around for locations when I come over in winter.

Thirdly,
What we will have at the event, I was thinking about a fan-art gallery there and information sections for all 3 movies, if you have any good ideas then go ahead and post them, I will ask a wolf researcher I know if he would be interested in doing a talk on wolves there.

Fourthly,
We need a suitable date for this event, preferably in a year or so to allow for full planning and organizing.

Fifthly,
If you do or do-not want to be an organizer just say so, if you want to be an organizer then post and the 4 of us will decide if your reason for wanting to be an organizer is good, if you don't want to be an organizer anymore just say so and you won't be!

We should probably use E-mail and PMs to see if it would be possible to have a meeting with the 4 of us being able to attend, I will be going to Canada on my vacation and you said Canada was'nt far away right Nick, if so I may be able to meet you guys then!

Ok, nice job with the planning so far. Now I need to think of a pretty good place that's well-known and not too far from where I live...Washington DC might work. Also, I might or might not be able to go to the one that we're planning to hold in Canada; depends on what my mother says and if I have a good enough reason to go there or not. Anyway, I'll look up places near me and see what I can find.

Well, if you're hoping for advice, I could try to give you some. I'd say that the first step would be finding an appropriate place to meet, and then get the address and make sure that everyone knows exactly where the meeting spot is, and how to get there. Then, I guess you should make the "permission slip" and e-mail it to everyone who is taking part in it, and have them fill it out and send it back to you. The next concern I'm guessing might be money; making sure that you and everyone else has enough money (if any is needed) for the occasion. Next, you should double check to make sure that everyone is able to go and that their parents have said that it's ok. Then, make sure that you and everyone else has a mode of transportion to and from the event. After that, I guess you just have to sit back and wait. ^^;

If we could pull it off,when we were in US I think it should be held in the southeast alot of the states are packed there. Plus looking at the "Location" of the forum members most live in that area and frankly so do I. Another plus is that the south east espicialy Kentucky has lots of open land plenty of room for all of us. Or Tennesee,South Carolina would be really be good but not so conveintly for me. Not trying to be so self centerd but i think it should be held in Kentucky,So it would be a 3 hour or less drive for me and parentels. (Can't Drive lol)

Yeah, you'd have to plan events and things too along with everything else.

Um, anyway...to me, it actually seems like this could be something related to a "live" forum, where we would discuss topics and other things without posting. xD I know it seems silly...but meh, it's the way I look at it. ^^

Good ideas guys, I was thinking we should have 'stalls' (sorry can't think of a better word) or boards with stuff on them eg. Some with info on the serum run, some with fan-art, some with balto merchandise people have collected, fan-fics maybe and interesting facts that have been discovered and just for the sheer fun of it maybe a bloopers one as well, we could have talks about animals (I know a wolf reseacher who may agree to come and tell us about wolf behaviour and pack structure), music is definately a good idea but not too loud and yeah we could have a party as well just so people don't get bored.
With regard to fan-artwork and balto merchandise it would be a good idea to have pictures of the items instead of the actual things, one, they could get damaged and, two, we don't want any stealing going on, that would be very bad indeed!

If you don't mind,I'd like to be an organizer,please?
