Skylar laid down in the baking sun...She saw Jasper and got up walking towards him...Be friendly and kind.Even though that was hard for her.

Jasper made it to the lake and began lapping up more water. He looked over at the girl coming to him again but he didn't make any attempt to meet her half way. He was terrible when it came to making new friends and he didn't want to embarrass himself, even though he thought it was embarrasing just to be him. He looked over, Trell was still where he said he'd be. But this time he was laying down. It was a slow morning anyway, it was understandable why he was so bored.

Skylar started to trot up to him..When she up by him she said,"Hi...I'm Skylar..."

Jasper looked at her and then back at the water, he sat down and pulled his paws close. "I'm Jasper." He said and met her eyes. They were pretty. A very beautiful color indeed. He looked over at Trell and then at Skylar again. He was looking for guidance, for a little motivation. He sighed, looking over at the water again. His nose twitched as he caught a wiff of something, he didn't understand it. His mind went a drift as he began thinking about his life as a young pup.

He was confused, "A couple weeks." He said. How could she have not noticed him or Trell for about 2 weeks. Although it was understandable. He and Trell never went anywhere and never attended pack meetings. They couldn't. Something always happened and they couldn't make it. Jasper looked her over. She was a little bit smaller than him but she was still pretty. He didn't know what to talk about, hoping that she had an idea of what they could do as this boring day dragged on.

Skylar smiled and laid down.She looked at him and said,"So.........The weathers nice....I mean...Never mind....."you are so stupid!!!she said to herself. she sighed and hid her face in embarrassment.

Jasper nodded in agreement. He felt a little sympathy for her stating such a stupid thing but he could relate to it. Better her than me He thought, looking her over. "Yeah." He said simply, birds began flying overhead chirping and zooming around in the sky. He watched for a moment before looking back at Skylar again. She was a pretty girl and Jasper thought so. He wondered who her mother was and he also wondered why her mother wasn't here with her. A child needed it's mother, right?

Skylar sighed and said,"tell me a little about your self.."she wondered about him.Was he the bad boy type?The sweet and sympathetic type?Or both?She looked into his eyes and smiled.

Jasper looked over at her, "Well. I have a knack for trouble and adventure. I iam really sweet and loving when you get to know me but at first I may seem a little shy. I am very outspoken and I have a very bright and bubbly personality, until you make me mad. I do suffer from having a multiple personality. One moment I can be extremely sweet but the next minute I could be totally solitary. All I want is a second chance, I really can't help my personality and that one little thing could set me off. I am usually even headed and mild-mannered." He said, sighing.

Jasper was confused. He wasn't even sure he had a rank and what on earth was a beta male? He tilted his head in confusion and looked over at her, "What's a beta male?" He asked, not sure why she was acting all nice all of the sudden. He shook his head and looked over at Trizzy again. Why was it that girls would act this way after he started talking to them. What was wrong with people?

Jasper nodded and looked over at where Trell was supposed to be, he wasn't there anymore! Where had he gone!? What Jasper didn't know was that Trell was back in the den sleeping soundly. In his head Jasper began to panic, taking deep breaths and trying to remain calm. He stood up, shaking out his fur and laying down now. He was bored.

Skylar pinned her ears back..."I guess I leave you alone."she said and stood up and slowly walked away.She sighed then kept walking.
