Angel smirked and laid down.

Loki's brown eyes spotted another wolf staring at him. He smirked and stood stiffly, faking aggression, and sized the wolf up. It was a female for sure.

Firefly dropped to the ground and rolled onto her back, submitting to this strange male. She didn't know if he was in the pack or not so she just did what her mother taught her to do. Submit when approached in that manner. Firefly's ears went back and she tucked her tail.

Angel attacked Skylar playfully

"Aw, what?" Loki barked and placed a paw on Firefly's head. "Not even a challenging bark? No puppy growl? Ugh, I should have expected this from a girl..."

Firefly looked up at him, "I don't bark. I don't growl." She replied, looking up at him and then feeling bad about herself. Your weak. Firefly said to herself, sighing. She slowly turned onto her stomach, keeping her head low to the ground.

"Typical of a lady," Loki teased. "So your parents raised you to be a sweet, sweet, darling?" He laughed and walked around to her face and sat in front of her, beaming with pride of his teasing.

Firefly looked up at him, slowly getting up. "M-My mother yes. She raised me to be a lady, gentle and sweet. My father was a little bit more hard on me but, not to bad." She admitted, looking the strapping young male over.

Loki stayed quiet. She actually told me this?! Man and she's not even mad!
"Mmm," was all he said.

Firefly smirked, deciding she'd play with this boy. "Oh yeah, well I'm a rebel and I don't do what anyone says so boom." She said, obviously lying by how hard she was smiling. Firefly burst into giggles after a while.

Loki laughed. "You're great at lying," he said with a smile. "I think I like you." The male stood up and introduced himself. "I'm Loki, and you...?"

Firefly smiled, "I try." She replied simply, still lying. Firefly smiled a little deeper, "I'm Firefly." She said and wagged her tail a little bit. Totally relaxed and enjoying the conversation they were having. She took a deep breath.

"Nice name," he said, ignoring her last statement. "You named yourself or your mom and dad?"
Loki sat down and scratched at the tracking collar around his neck to try and get at the colony of fleas that had made their home under the untouchable space.

Rocky lifted his dark head and looked out at the vast meadow. There wasn't a fight or rouge wolf in sight so he decided that he would head back to the pack.

"Thanks, my mom named me." She said and smiled some. This guy was polite but with a great sense of humor, she liked that a lot but wasn't sure if he was the one yet. Firefly stretched, back cracking and popping. Firefly smiled, that felt so good.

Loki was surprised that she hadn't asked about his collar; most wolves he'd come in contact with always noticed the metal ring. "Anyway, I have to get back to my pack." He stopped scratching and walked past Firefly without saying bye.
