Nova smiled, "And I like you too Comet, but I'm older and we're too young and just friends, tell you what, tell me that in a year or two." she said good naturedly and smiled, he was so cute... in a coltish way.

Comet::
I'll forget. He said and bounced around her. The rain felt good but he was starting to get cold. Breezy looked over at her shivering foal. She sighed. She wanted another little foal, she had to wait till spring. When she was back in heat.

Nova smiled, she raced around in the rain, she didn't get cold and if it was one thing she absolutely adored- it was the rain. She bounced and slid and jumped. Even threw a buck or two in, just kicking up her heals.

Comet::
He slid and fell in muck, getting coated from head to toe in it. Comet looked at his mom with a nervous smile, wanting to see if he could smile his way out of being in trouble. Comet hurried to the lake, washing off.

Ren watched his daughter and smiled, she was so much like her mother. The way that she (Nova) loved the rain was just like the way her mother had. He was glad that she was like her mother, no matter how painful it was for him.

Comet::
He noticed a black stallion. Daddy! He exclaimed and ran over. It wasn't Zeus. Comet's ears dropped and he sighed, walking away. Comet ran off and looked at Breezy. Huddling up beside her for warmth and security.

Ren smiled and shook his head, she was going to catch a cold, "Nova." he called gently, she looked over at him and then trotted over. "Yes father." she said. "Stay out of the rain or you'll get sick." he said, she shrugged, but he could tell she wasn't happy with that order.

Breezy::
A few moments went by and she looked over at Duke, then at Ren. She smiled a little bit, lifting herself up off the ground. She shook off some loose dirt that had coated her, making her look dusty. Breezy looked over the other horses. Stretching.

Ren couldnt help but to look over at breezy, but he noticed that Duke was still going after her so he left her be. He wouldn't interfere with fate, instead he walked over to Nova and started to talke with her.

She yawned lightly and munched on some grass. Breezy nickered over at Comet, after she had found some really good grass to much on. Breezy looked over at the other horses once more. Breezy didn't know what to do or say to anyone.

Nova wasnt really in the mood to talk with her father and so she took a step back and shook her head, "listen dad, this is all fine and dandy, but I want to go do something." she said and walked away, he watched her go, in complete shock.

Breezy::
The rain began to ease back. Breezy walked out of the trees and over to the lake, the area around it mucky and slippery. Breezy took a drink of water and glanced at Comet. She didn't know what to do about him. Growing up without a father.

Ren shook his head and spotted Duke, flirting with one of the other mares, it made him angry, one minute his young cousin was after Breezy, and the next. Well, that was plain as day, he shook his head and thought about it, well, he had as much chance as the other stallion, and something about Breezy was special, he trotted over to talk with her.

It's okay Comet, Zeus will come back probably. He's just out on an adventure. She hated lieing to him. She really did. She sighed mentally and looked over at her little boy. Something in her snapped and she ran over to him, shielding him from some random stallion. Breezy's nostrils flared as she held her head high.

Ren stopped, watching her defend her baby, his mate had always said there was nothing more dangerous than a motet protecting her child. He knew she would want to e alone after that, so he sighed and started back towards his possition.
