"Uhm thanks.." She blushed a little when Ryan had wiped the blood away. "And Yes Charlie is a trouble maker, but Jamil and Hershey are way worse! Jamil just has too much energy and Hershey's just a young horse, but ya gotta love 'em." She tried to make it better by being positive, which didn't happen to often. She had been hurt before when she was young by a boy named Kalvin. He broke Blaine's heart and sucked all the happiness out of her. He was mainly the reason Blaine had crashed on Bull. She was thinking about him and wasn't paying much attention to where she was going. Blaine did start feeling better once Hershey was born. She brought joy to Blaine since she was such a silly foal.

Ryan smiled, nodding. "Yeah, they'll get better with age. These two, were the most ramboncious puppies I had ever seen in my life." He said, pointing at Diesel and Bear. He grinned some, "So uh, I was thinking later, if your not busy with anything... You could join me maybe for a midnight ride?" He said and smiled, Titanic snorting again. He wanted to get moving but his 'dad' was talking so much. Diesel and Bear were chasing after each other now, running around in the pastures.

Blaine smiled and said, "Yes, of course I would." She looked away towards the barn to hide her red face. She saw that Hershey had already finished eating her breakfast and had somehow gotten the haynet of the hook then had thrown it out of her stall. Blaine groaned and rode Charlie over to the barn, hoping that Ryan would follow. She tied Charlie to the post outside the barn and went inside to see Hershey. The filly was quite tall for her age, and certainly taller than Charlie. "Hi Hershey." She said sweetly, picking up her haynet of the barn floor. "Did you throw this on the floor again?" Blaine asked, grinning. "Silly girl." She laughed and hung the haynet outside on Hershey's stall.

Ryan smiled at her "Great.", kicking Titanic's sides to make him gallop. Ryan knew very well that Titanic wanted to run until his heart desired nothing more but he couldn't right this moment. Diesel and Bear jogged up along to the barn with Titanic and Ryan. They were curious about the talking that had been going on and they were very curious about what had been thrown on the floor.

When Ryan got about midway to the barn, Titanic froze up. All the sudden, the big gelding starting bucking and rearing up, whinnying ever so loudly. Throwing Ryan be accdient, Titanic pawed the ground and reared up again. It was a snake. Ryan winced as he hit the ground, moving away from Titanic. "Easy boy easy!" He said, not sure how he should approach a spooked Titanic. "Easy." He said, putting a gentle hand on the horse's side. Titanic was still scared but seeing Ryan and feeling his gentle touch made him calm down a lot. Diesel and Bear barked.

Blaine put Hershey on her halter and led the tall dark bay quarter horse out of the barn. "What is going on out here?" She asked, with a nervous tone. "Are you okay, Ryan?" She saw the dirt on his clothes and could tell he had been thrown off his horse. Blaine clutched the rope tighter and imidiatly hurried over to Titanic and helped keep him calm. "Easy, Easy." She coaxed. Out of the corner of her eye, Blaine saw the rather large snake. "Shh, Stay calm, and leave it alone." She said to Ryan, then took a closer look at the snake. "Don't worry, Its just a garter snake, See his tounge?" She said, pointing at the snake, who was slithering away, towards the field. "His tounge is pinkish with a black tip." She watched it disappear and then felt relived. She let a sigh of relief come out, then took her hand off Titanic and made Hershey back up so she stood by Charlie.

Ryan smiled again, "Yeah I'm fine." He said and stroked Titanic, "Now what's a big horse like you scared of a snake for?" He joked, stroking his neck and side. Titanic nickered some, nuzzling Blaine. Diesel and Bear running around again like nothing had happened.

Blaine petted soft nose Titanic's after the big horse had nuzzled her. She giggled, "Haha, Hershey didn't even notice that snake!" She pulled Hershey closer and stroked her. Hershey was just as tall as Titanic, and she was still very young. She watched the older horse carefully, and whinnied happily. "Good girl." Blaine praised, stroking her neck. When the dogs came running up, there where more than two this time. Kathy must have let Murphy out to play with the two big rottweilers. Murphy went up to Blaine, tail wagging, and panting. "Hi Murph!" She said, pushing him down from jumping up on her with one hand and Hershey's halter in the other. "Down boy." Blaine commanded, petting him.

Titanic put his head on Ryan's shoulder, shifting his weight onto his other legs. Ryan smiled and stroked his horse, "'Like the son I never had." He grinned, Titanic nibbling on his hair. Ryan knew that Titanic liked messing around a lot but sometimes he hurt people on accident.

Hershey snorted at Titanic, hoping to get a response from him. "Hush girl." Blaine whispered leaning her head on Hershey's bulky shoulder. "Well, tonight since we're going on a midnight ride, I think I'll ride one of our big black draft horses. They're much better to ride at night. Not near as skiddish." She explained. "Molly, Beau, Hawk, Raven, and Raymond. I could ride any of them." Blaine said, reaching over a petting Titanic.

Ryan smiled, "I like draft horses. And I love the name Raven." He said, just being random as usual. Titanic nickered softly as her hand touched him. He loved being petted by anybody, so long as they were sweet and gentle. Like Ryan.

Blaine smiled at Ryan. "Well, you can ride Raven if you'd like. She is one of the most gentle drafts we have." She offered. "I think you'd like her." Blaine untied Charlie and held onto his reins along with Hershey's halter rope in the other. "Well do you want to get some training in now?" She asked.

Ryan smiled, "I'll stick with Titanic." He said and stroked the big horse's neck. He knew that Titanic would enjoy the midnight ride because they always did it on July 4th and the nights before christmas and stuff like that. Titanic liked it better at night. "'Yeah, I'm going to go and get some training done. I'll talk to you later." He said and smiled, swinging himself onto Titanic's back.

"Oh, okay. See you tonight. Meet me outside the big draft stable with your horse." She said with a wink, then brought Hershey to the pasture and unlatched the rope from the halter to let her roam free for a while. "Lets go see how Jacklyn and Biff are doing, sweet boy." Blaine said, climbing into the saddle and kicking Charlie's sides. He trotted into the backyard and stood a few feet infront of Biff. "So hows it going?" She asked, swinging one leg over he saddle and sitting with both feet off the right side of her horse.

Ryan smiled, "Will do georgous." He said, kicking Titanic's sides and making him gallop over to the arena. Jumping him over the gate and landing perfectly. "Good boy." He said, jumping off and setting up the barrels so they could practice their barrel racing. He smiled and stood at one end, waiting.

Blaine smiled. She had just figured out what Ryan had said before riding off on Titanic. "He called me georgous!" She thought. Blaine blushed and turned away to hide her smile.

"Jacklyn is going to be fine. She just needs to take if easy for a few days. Same with Biff." Kathy said, watching Ryan ride away on Titanic. "Hun, I need you to go put Bull, Lady and Hershey in the pasture." She asked, pulling some disinfecting wipes out of her bag and giving one to Jacklyn. She wiped off her hands as Blaine rode away on Charlie to put the other two horses in the pasture.
