Jeraha nodded. "Of course, my little joy." He led Alonzo into the den so that he could sleep. That daughter of Kovu and Kiara's will spoil all my plans. he thought. I must get rid of her somehow. But why kill her yourself when your 'son' will do it for you.

"My, Sauda, Shani, you've both grown beautiful." Every lioness congratulated the two sisters as they made their way to their brother Chaka, who had now grown a full mane like their grandfather Simba. Kovu and Kiara stood proud and gazes at their two daughters. Shani and Sauda had grown to become beautiful young lionesses. Rafiki looked proudly and Simba was almost ready to burst with pride. Nala went over to them and nuzzled them. "Good luck." she told them.

"So, we'll split up." sauda said. "Shani, you cover the southern border, Chaka you cover the northern border." "The northern border?" Chaka asked. "You know, the border which separates us from Jeraha's pride?" Sauda asked. "Oh, yeah. That place." he said. "And I'll take the area near the elephant graveyard."

As they separated, Sauda had a feeling they were being watched.

Jeraha called Abasi to his den. "Tell Alonzo to go without me." he told her.

Sauda felt her heart skip a beat as she neared the Elephant Graveyard. Calm down, the hyenas are all gone. she told herself. But the place still gives me the creeps. She looked around and caught a young gazelle. As she took it back, she thought she felt something go wrong.

Sauda quickly buried her prize and ran in the direction of the Northern border. As she neared, she heard roars from Chaka. She hid in the bushes for a moment and saw her brother fighting a tanish-grey lion. Seeing her brother helpless made her angry and she leaped out of her hiding place with a snarl. "Leave my brother ALONE!" she snarled and bowled the lion over. "GET HELP!" she yelled to Chaka, who turned around and instantly fled.

Sauda saw that he was open and pinned him over, growling at him. She studied him carefully, and her thoughts went back to the day she bumped into the young cub, Alonzo. "Alonzo?" she asked, getting off him. "Is it really you?"

Her eyes got huge and then a huge smile spread all over her face. "I can't believe its really you." she said as the two head-butted each other.
