"Hurry!" Smiles A Lot yelled back at his people they all were trying, he knew. He fell back and began to help them.

Jaguar Paw:
I kept a steady speed. Making sure not to shake up my wife or unborn son. I looked at my horse's neck and patted him. I was determined to get outta here.
______________

Smiles A Lot glanced behind, the flames were dying; which was a good sign. He breathed a sigh of relief, yet pressed onward, it wasn't safe; yet.

Obsidian Rock:
I could see a troup of white men ahead. I kept riding on though, not backing off, not slowing down. I pressed Battle Cry on harder and harder. I could see a couple of the guys turn and run. Other just standing there. I rode Battle Cry through their little 'village' and kept going.
______________

Smiles A Lot pressed everyone and finally when he looked behind, the flames had stopped. He rode in front of the horse herd and began to help everyone unpack and separate their horses from her herd.

Jaguar Paw:
I untied the horses and built another make-shift coral for them. I smiled as my father came to help but then I saw Battle Cry rear up, facing Francheska. I ran over to try an help.
______________

Smiles A Lot unpacked his things and separated his horses from the herd. He lead them back to his little area and gave them all a big of attention and whispers of admiration towards their loyalty. He once again heard the battle cry and he turned to find Obsidian Rock and his horse charging the white girl. He swung onto Swifts back, rushing to cut the older man off.

Jaguar Paw:
I jumped and gave Battle Cry a hard shove. I looked as the horse fell and Obsidian Rock fell with him. I took a few steps back as I saw Battle Cry getting up again. Obsidian Rock too was getting up, this time, his knife pointed at me.
______________

Smiles A Lot rushed over, he held out his hands and grabbed Obsidian Rock's knife hand, he began to try and wrestle the blade away.

Obsidian Rock:
I was much stronger than Smiles-A-Lot. I jabbed the knife straight through his hand and watched the savage little beast. I turned, jabbing the knife in Jaguar Paw's shoulder.
______________

Smiles A Lot clutched his hand, flood ran through the wound. He gritted his teeth and turned back to Obsidian Rock. "Stop this madness!" he exclaimed.

Obsidian Rock:
I flipped my blade in my hand and cut a small gash across Jaguar Paw's chest. I watched as he gripped his chest and tried to fight back, with little sucess. I hit him with a big clobber thingy I had from my other tribe, knocking Jaguar Paw out.
______________

Smiles A Lot rushed to Jaguar Paw's side. He looked up at Obsidian Rock, pain showing on every inch of his face, not because of the hole in his hand, but because of the old man himself. They way Obsidian Rock was acting. The tribe elders hurried towards them.

Obsidian Rock:
I grabbed Battle Cry's mane and mounted him proudly. If anyone else wanted this treatment they were welcome to get their helping too. I didn't move, I just glared down at the elders. I saw Jaguar Paw's wife and son rush over to his side, dabbing his head with a wet cloth.
______________

With the much pleading from his father, Smiles A Lot returned to his teepee to clean up his hand.
