Thanks guys! I wasn't sure who else was gonna try out for Fox or Scotty, so I decided to give it a shot. And your version of Scotty is really cute so far, Eska xD I can't wait to read more on him.

Also. Updated with Fox's info! I hope it's not too cliche xD Figured the team could use a bit of petty drama.

Okay...please forgive the double-posting here, but I wanted to do an update on the team structures based upon what work has been submitted so far, and conversations thereunto (and thanks, guys! You've done fantastic work!). So...

On this particular team, Leonhard Seppala allowed Togo to run out ahead of the team on what was called a "long lead". Fritz probably ran ahead of the swing dogs in a single position as well, when he wasn't running tandem with Togo (which he did occasionally...there is photographic proof of this). Scotty, another relative of both Togo and Fritz, and one of Seppala's other famous racing dogs, was said to be one of his leaders as well. Which means it is at least probable that he was in a swing dog position near the front of this particular team. This team had twenty dogs on it.






There WILL be an upcoming fiction (of epic proportions) for this team! It may take a while, but it WILL get here! Meanwhile, I should point out that this team's history is probably going to play out almost identically to how the historical one did. Which means that, once the team leaves for the filming and the vaudeville tour, none of the dogs will return to Nome or to Alaska (at least within the confines of any fan fiction I happen to write. Their individual owners may craft something after that fan fiction I will be writing if they wish to resolve that for their characters in time). This team has thirteen dogs on it.




LOL Well, as of those additions, I am left with seven slots open on Togo's team (unless I end up shortening it, which I'd prefer not to), and one on Balto's (someone to run tandem with ol' Fox).

Thoughts here? Any other participants? And Lady Jenna? Anything?

NOTE: Capsule bios on the historical dogs should be posted sometime today. (Cat, don't do too much with Fox, okay? LOL Thanks!)

I don't think Cade is gonna work- seeing as he is going to have relations with Spica of some kind or another. Even if he thinks she's an annoying insect- he's gonna know her. Sacco will work great~
And I'm gonna try to do what I can with Scotty today, but I've got some other work to do. But I'll do my best!
And If Tanta could find her way onto Togo's team at sometime, you could have another slot filled.

Will do on Cade. But yes, if you look, Tanta is there. Anything detailed on Sacco yet, or is there and I missed it?

Exact pictures? No. Just pictures of the team (look on either Balto, Togo or Fritz's character sheets on BS, and they each link back to a related topic on the forum with pics of the teams -- probably the second page of the topic)

I say go for it. Remember, "Old Moctoc" is called that because he is an older dog...probably graying around the eyes and muzzle, and so on. I always envisioned Tillie as a tough, resilient girl of median age. Not rough around the edges, but surefooted, absolutely confident, and experienced.

But don't do the designs like you did with the other dogs. Use the historical photos of Balto's team as reference...

Here's Sacco- I used photo's from the team for his colors.
He's a saddle back boy with brown eyes. I found it a little hard to tell which dog was which in many of the photos, but I did see a few saddle-backs.
In a nutshell Sacco is pretty old (hence he retires form Cade's team to give Spica a spot, thus the two shall never mix), he could also be the biggest on the team. He totally lacks a lead-dog's personality, which is why he'd make a poor candidate for such a spot. Sacco doesn't like a lot of change, thus he always likes to be in the same spot. He's a very lovable and dependable old sport,though. He and Old Moctoc would probably be friends. He's also pretty gullible.

So what do you need JC? Bios, character designs what? I need to get creative so anything you need done i can do
