Angelica slowly opened her eyes. Surprisingly, the view she saw was not the darkness she experienced before. She was in some sort of a closed space... Was it a chamber? Angelica blinked and rubbed her eyes, but could not still make out what it is. She could see several other people with her. With the intention to look around, Angelica tried to sit up. Her first two attempts have failed, but the third time seemed to be the charm.
A quiet buzzing sound reached her ears, which she immediately recognized as a sound of a car. "What happened...?" She whispered, more to herself than anybody else. She looked around and realized they actually were in a car. She also begun realizing that she was one of the last ones to wake up, and that made her rather embarrassed. She could feel herself blushing. The feeling of embarrassment, however, was sharply cut by a sharp pain in her head. She groaned, putting her palm on her forehead. The teen felt dizzy, but struggled not to pass out.

Angelica slowly turned her head, still feeling rather dizzy. Her eyes met a guy's from the same school. She vaguely remembered hearing this guy often goes to the skate park, but she never actually talked to him.
"He isn't popular..." She thought, "but I don't know him well... Maybe he's a nice guy." Angie was unsure to what to say to him, which made her blush, again.
"Of course I'am fine." She finally stuttered out. The emotions within the words were hard to understand and mixed. She did not intend to sound rude, just confident and independent. She simply didn't want someone not popular to talk with her.

When Brooklyn's eyes slowly opened she looked around widely were she was. She noticed that they were moving and saw the drivers. She looked over at Alfred and then at Arthur who her head was resting on and mumbled a 'sorry.' She looked and noticed other kids from Kingville high. Most were not popular but right now she didn't cared. Brooklyn was glad to see Angelica was alright but she looked pretty confused at the moment. Brooklyn crawled over to were the drivers were spearted by a chain linked fence and said, "Hey, you guys better let me out of this place, cause I have to get home. I was invited to some party tonight after the football game and I can't miss it," Brooklyn complained. But she just could tell they were going to say no.

Jack quietly groaned, having an awful headache. He tried to move his arms, but one of them seemed like paralyzed, and it also hurt alot. He slowly opened his eyes, and looked at that arm. It was still red after the injection, and some blood was dripping out of it. Jack then saw needle laying nearby him. It seemed that he somehow managed to push the needle off while fighting those persons, but he still got affected. He then raised up a bit, leaned on his elbow, cleaned the blood off his hand with his anorak. Only then he looked up. Jack noticed most of other kids already awake.
"Is everyone okay?"he asked, looking at others. At that moment he didn't really care where they all were going, he just wanted to know if they're all okay. He looked around again, and saw few men sitting in the seats at the other side of the chain that was keeping them away. He could've got up and asked them where they were taking them, but pain was taking over whole his body.

"Yes, I'm absolutely sure I'm fine." She said firmly, loud enough for both Jack and Xander to hear, so she would answer questions of both of them. The tone of her voice implied a lot more arrogance than the tone of her voice when she told Alexander she was feeling okay.
Inside, Angelica was happy that someone is concerned for her well-being, but the difference of their 'ranks' at the school made her deny it. She didn't want him to be concerned for her, she wanted some jock guy to be concerned for her. Her wish to fit in with the popular group was so big that even when she became popular, she still felt unaccomplished. She wanted to stay there forever, even though she didn't felt right. She didn't realize she felt bad because she was not being who she is, she always thought it was because she's not popular enough. She always thought happiness is a state of being you can reach, not an emotion that comes and goes. That, of course made her even more unhappy and insecure.

"I'm Angelica, Skater boy. " She didn't know his real name, but she had heard a few bullies calling him that. She figured he probably didn't like being called that and decided to call him that, just to make him go away and stop making her feel so uncomfortable. She was unsure why she didn't move away from him herself. She simply had no clue.
The tone of her voice was even more arrogant, with even a slight mean tint to it. To a trained ear the words she spoke would still sound insecure, though. She tried to hide it as much as she could.
Finally, without waiting for his response, she crawled near the chain fence, with the intention to see what's going on. She saw men, one of them was driving the car. She tried to get a glimpse of the road, to see where are they going, but she tried to do it casually, so she won't raise any suspicion.

Brooklyn watched Angelica come up beside her watched the drives. She smiled a fake smile at her friend. She did notice that Skater boy was talking to her, she was going to say to just ingore him... but at the moment she was to busy trying to get the drivers attetion.

"No need to sound so arrogant, sweetie. Nobody would really care about it here anyways." Jack replied out of sudden, hearing Angelica's snarky reply to Xander. He was almost sure Brook would stand up to her, but he didn't really care as of now. Sure, he was a gentleman to ladies, and would never by any chance insult them or anything like that, but this wasn't the case. They were in extreme situation, where they all had to work together, and arrogance wouldn't do any good.
He then looked at Brook, who, surprisingly, did not say a word. He smiled at her, finding this reaction of hers smart. He then chuckled as he heard Xander calling Angelica 'Angel'. "Flirting already?" he said, still chuckling.
He looked at his arm: it was still kinda bleeding, and hurt awfully. He finally tried to move his legs, and was happy that they were fine, more or less. They hurt a bit too though, but it didn't matter to him.

Arthur continued to snap at Alfred, everything the poor american did seemed to set him off. It was Arthur's way of being scared, though no one knew. Inside he was terriied, but on the outside, he seemed the strongest of all of them. Alfred kept trying to comfort the Brit, but he got too close, and Arthur hit him. Square in the cheek. Alfred yelped, and Arthur glared.
"What did I say about touching me you god d**n american?" He snarled, stiffening.

"Ya know Angel... "
Angelica blushed heavily. She loved it when boys called her Angel, whatever was the context. She whispered under her breath, not actually saying it to him, "Whatever, Skater Boy." She then turned to him, finally replying.
"You're too close to me, Skater Boy. I'm afraid I might catch some sort of disease if you sit next to me for too long."
She then turned to Jack. He was the ladies man of the school, and she only blushed at his words.
But she actually felt rather happy, with so much attention directed to her.
