Kochak launched himself upwards, knocking Ester back, the fire began to encircle the woods around them.
"You won't be leaving alive." Kochak said with gleaming eyes.

Kochak's fur bristled.
"I plan to." and with that he threw himself at the beta, grabbing hold of her with his strong jaws.

The fight drew out and the two wolves lashed angrily at one another as the fire crackled and burned the forest surrounding them.

Ester growled and tried to get him again. He heard a crack from a tree that was on fire near them, She saw it start to fall and quickly tried to get out but it landed on her and crashed her into the snow. She tried to kick snow on it so it wouldn't burn her, but it already was.

Kochak rose to his feet shakily, panting heavily with burn marks all over his body. He growled at Ester, who now lay trapped by the tree and flames.
"Good riddance." he growled.

Ester growled at him then took her paw and set it where she can smack some of the burning bark at his face. And that is what she did.

Kochak yelped, the ash burning like fire on his snout. He stepped back, tripping over fallen branches.

The flames began to crawl up the fallen tree, going closer and closer to Ester.
"Anything for my alpha," Kochak spat, now blinded.

Ester saw the fires getting close to her, she didn't like that. She tried to get free again, but couldn't. The tree really got her and she was stuck to die burning alive.

Kochak watched as the flames engulfed the beta, burning her flesh and setting her whole body to flames.

The Alpha Female and over half of the pack was soon into the area the flames have incolfed and she looked at Kochak, badly wounded. "Kochak! Are you okay?" she asked running towards him then saw Ester, dead. "You killed her? Why?"
