John nodded, pulling them each on opposite sides of himself. He led them outside, letting go as soon as they reached the spot of his mustang. It was white, somewhat banged up, but overall nice looking. He dug into his pocket feverishly, fishing to get his keys. When he found them, he greedily grasped them in his hands. Searching dizzily, but not obviously sick because he was hiding it, he finally found the unlock key. He pressed it diligently, hearing two beeps simultaneously. "Okay, either one of you can sit in the back and the other shot gun, or both of you can take up the back." He attempted a grin, and managed to pull it off.

After that, he headed to the driver's seat, quickly diving in and shoving the keys into the ignition. Turning it in a fast, smooth motion, the car's engine revved, starting it and bringing it to life. John sighed with relief at the sound of it, but could only hold back the tension in horror as he realized that not only would he have to keep up the act, but he'd have to drive well for real if he wanted to get the girls home in one piece.

Luke smiled happily at Nessa, and frowned quickly at her news. Before Leah asked him, Luke piped in, "Heck, I'll ride ya home, sure." He pulled his hand away from Leah's as she coughed, and looked worriedly at his girlfriend. "You okay Lee?" He asked, cocking his head.

Leah got upset when he heard Luke say that he'd take Nessa home, but at the moment she was pretty worried about herslef. Leah's legs started feeling weak and her head started spinning. When Luke let go of her hand she put her hand on the locker to support herself from falling. She really hoped she didn't have the flu... or anything worse... when she heard Luke's voice ask if she was okay from far away she repiled,"No,"

Luke glanced around him, and he looked back and Leah when suddenly he couldn't breath. His hands flew to his throat, and he sank down on his knees coughed. Luke gasped for air, and winced as all the noises in the room gradually became louder then fell and it made his head hurt. "GOD. Nessa get a-" Luke began before his voice cut off, he coughed again and wasnt able to breath once more.

James woke from his nap, he had felt as if he was going to puke when he was sleeping. But now he felt fine, He tried to sit up, but couldn't do it. He tried to get up on his feet, but fell over and rolled on the floor. When he saw his paws, wait paws? He crawled to the mirrior and looked through it. But, it wasn't him. It was a Saber-Toothed- Tiger! Those things were supposed to be extinct! He roared in surprise, his teeth had grown and were sticking out of his mouth, and they looked sharp and deadly. His skin had changed into a furry spotted pattern, and his eye sight had sharpened and his hearing had gotten a lot better too, and so had his sence of smell. He sniffed, he smelt a lot of things he thought was long gone. He smelt a stale stench of that rotten bannana peel that he threw out a couple weeks ago. And the stale scent of Febreeze he spryaed on after that, it was an interesting combination. He got back on all fours and paced around the room "What am I going to do?!" He mumbled, his voice had changed, his voice was a lower grumbling noise.

Jason woke up from his little nap and felt tons better. He felt like he had a big fluffy blanket on him because he was sweating. He decided to go and take a shower. He lept out of bed still to tired to notice his obvious size difference. Once he walked into the bathroom attached to his room he turned to look into the mirror but noticed he wasn't tall enough to look into it. He looked down to see if he was crawling or on his knees and he noticed something different. Instead of feet he had paws! He finally found his way to the mirror and froze in fear at what he saw. It wasn't the fact that he was a dog it was just the fact that there was a dog period. He didn't believe it was true he shook off the fear and begun pacing in his small bathroom. "How is this possible?" he noticed his voice was just a little lower than it usually is but that wasn't his biggest worry. "Ive got to change back and get to a doctor, or is it a vet? Maybe a therapist?" He sat down in frustration, hoping this wasn't permanent.

Luke had ended up driving himself and Leah home, forgetting about Nessa. He quickly took some medication, and slipped under his thin pale sheets; hoping to sleep off the pain. When he awoke, the world looked different. He blinked, but still saw things in black and white. The stupid water made me color blind! He thought furiously. He hoped out of bed, but stumbled to the floor. He looked down at his feet; no longer human, but white paws. He gasped and trotted into the bathroom, his claws clicking loudly on the tiles. He put his front paws on the counter to see his face, and a small yipe escaped his furry lips.
"Im a...DOG?"

Leah would have been happy that Luke drove her home, but at the moment she didn't care who took her home because she just wanted to sleep to stop feeling bad. When Luke drove up to her big house, she got out and was able to cough out thanks. She hoped he would get home alright because he didn't look good at all. Leah stumbled up to the porch of her house and she reached into her book bag to find the house keys she always had in there. Leah thumbled with the lock until it opened, almost falling down. She kicked her shoes off by the door and walked over to the stairs. Once Leah got to her room, she collapsed on her queen sized bed and didn't care if she went to bed earlier or didn't change into her silky pajamas. While Leah got under her covers her maid, Nelly, yelled up, "How was school Leah?" Leah then chocked out, "Alright," but Leah didn't hear the replies because the next moment she drifted off to sleep.
When Leah woke she felt so much better. Leah looked at the cloak which showed 4:45 in the morning. She sighed and noticed her throat was dry and decided to get some water. She got off her bed to find herself falling down on the ground. She looked at her paws… paws? Leah gasped and a whimper escaped her lips. Leah looked around and then looked back at her furry dark brown paws. She got onto her... paws... and scampered over to the bathroom, pushing the door open with her... muzzle? Leah now was breathing hard and starting to freak out. Everything was so much taller than normal. She padded over to where the sink was... and put her paws on it pushing herself up. She let out a scream that sounds more like a yelp. Some animal was just in the mirror... and she was hoping that wasn't her. Leah slowly looked up again, this time staying put and not jumping away. In the mirror before Leah was a big dark brown timber wolf. Leah noticed that she also was colorblind making her even more scared. "Oh... crap," Leah said sitting down. What was she going to do? Was she going to be stuck like this forever? All that work of trying to be the prettiest girl in school just got thrown away. Then Leah started crying which turned into sobbing. Leah was so scared. Leah listened to her whimpers while she cried. Leah remembered that when she was young she wanted to be a dog more than ever and prayed to be one. But this was not what she wanted now. Leah had to get out of here, what would Nelly think if she saw a wolf in the house?
Leah slowly walked down the stairs not making a sound. The house was quiet and but somehow Leah could hear things better than before, like the sound of Nelly's quiet snores that came from her room upstairs. Leah went out the doggie door in the back because they did have a little poodle named Roxy. Leah barley was able to get through but she did anyway. After that Leah looked back at the house. Then thought were too now? Then it hit her. Luke started feeling bad the same time she started feeling bad, and they both drank those bad tasting waters at the same time. It was the water that must have done this. Leah knew she had to find Luke because he must have been having the same problem right now.

Luke scrambled across the tiles, bumping into his dog Trooper. The dark-coated shepherd blinked in confusion and snarled. Luke stammered backwards, trying to immitate his pet's snarl. He bumped into the toilet with a yelp, shooting himself around Trooper. The german shepherd chased him through the house, slowly tiring out the white dingo. Luke ran through the dog door, and jumped the fence, dashing into the road towards Leah's house.

Maya hopped in the back of the car, hoping that would make her nausea less apparent. It was also becoming increasingly difficult to breathe well. She was going to have to schedule an emergency doctor's appointment or something, because she felt absolutele awful.

Marie rushed over to the passenger side of the car and hopped in, sighing as her headache seemed to pain her slightly less when she sat down. She leaned her head back against the headrest trying to breathe evenly as the nausea hit her again. She also prayed that John would be okay to drive because now she was very glad he had denied her offer to driver them home. Marie couldn't be sure that when she opened her eyes again that she would see straight.

Nessa stood in shocked silence as Luke and Leah grew worse before her eyes. Finally, it was Luke shouting out her to do something that finally forced Nessa to run down the hall to the principle office. Out of breathe and scared to death, Nessa could do no more than point and shout incoherently at the priciple and nurse. Finally, she got them to follow her down to where Luke and Leah were, but when they arrived, they weren't there. Nessa looked all around, but Luke and Leah were gone. The princple shook his head and returned to his office while the nurse asked Nessa all these questions that Nessa quickly figured out meant the nurse thought she was hallucinating. Nessa broke free of the nurse and ran down the hall and out the front door just in time to see Luke and Leah drive away. Along with her bus. Nessa cursed under her breathe, still flustered from the whole situation. Trying not to think of the whole sick thing as a fake to get Nessa to go away, she straightened her clothers and started down the sidewalk for home.

Luke yelped as he ran into a pole, and then scrambled down the road to the first house he could think of. He found himself panting at Nessa's door, looking around for help.

It took some time for Nessa to walk all the way home, but she finally turned down the block that her house was on. She was out of breathe, tired, and sweaty, so when she saw a white animal on her porch, she thought for a second that she might be hallucinating. She stopped a few houses down from her own, staring at what looked like a dog. She took a tentitive step forward, not taking her eyes away from the strange dog.

Luke whined, finding himself wagging his tail lightly. His emerald eyes shined brightly, just as they did when he was human, and he took a couple steps forward.
