"it sucks being a heavy sleeper...." Red said queitly to himself as he broke through his cage. He could hear the other dogs outside. He was looking for the place they got out. He searched and couldnt find it until he felt a cold brerze coming from a broken window. He hoped up the pile of crates and looked down below at the arguing dogs and yelled "Look down below!" And leaped into the glassy snow below.

Im sorry and I thought we were started sorry.

As soon as Reds paws hit the snow he didnt feel any pain si he instantly jumped away from the glass. "that was a close one, but im good thanks Steven." Red could feel the tension between the dogs and there was only one possible reason for this tension. The first thing that popped into Reds head was Mishka.

Maxwell listened deeply to Jinks's point. Truth be told, he was a bit shocked that, although reluctantly, she did agree with Mishka's point. He smiled warmly. "Well then I see Mishka's got a vote there." He turned his eyes to Mishka who was smirking a bit triumphantly that she had at least someone who agreed with her idea. "And Jinks," he said wisely. "Don't be afraid to say that you have a different opinion than the majority of us. Having different opinions is what makes it fun to be around everyone else."

He turned to Red, who now joined the party. "Ah I apologize. I didn't know there were more of us..." Maybe he was getting old, or his eyes were getting bad? How could he have missed seeing another dog in the kennels. "Well welcome to the group. I'm afraid we're in a bit of rut here, so I'm going to be very blunt. What do you think we should do? Make a trek through this storm or go to the town to seek shelter until the blizzard dies down and have some food, seeing how some of us are hungry?" While awaiting his response, Maxwell felt tension coming off of Steven and began him a little nudge and shot him a look that said, Be good. He didn't want anyone to be going at anyone's else's throats yet, no matter how much they hated Mishka.

Mishka snorted. "Well then I don't see why we have to continue sitting out here in the storm?" she said. "We may be able to handle this cold with no problem, but it's annoying to just sit here while we're being hit in the face by all this snow. Let's just go to town already."

"Mishka, not everyone else has decided," he said, referencing Ember and Keesha. However, he did find that she did have a point about sitting here in the blizzard. Even he was having a hard time seeing. "But I agree with you, sitting in this storm isn't doing us much good." He stood up. "Well then... well, has everyone agreed we should go to town?"

"Hmph, well I'm going on ahead," growled Mishka. "I've made my point. I don't see why I have to continue sitting out here." To prove her point, she stood up and made the trek for the town. Whether anyone really wanted to follow her or not, she didn't care.

"oh im fine Maxwell and let me think a second about that." Blocking out all of the conversations with his new thinking task Red finally made up his mind of what he think all the dogs should do. And as soon as he was done thinking Mishka was putting her plan into acttion. Reds eyes followed Mishka as she walked towards the town "I agree with Mishka. We should go to the town and find food and shelter and see how the storm plays out." Hesitanly Red stood up and ran to catch up and walk next to Mishka. He knew this decision of following Mishka would all just go to Mishkas head.

Hey Dakota, can I try one more time please?

Jinks was grateful no one snapped at her, although she hated agreeing with Mishka. The thought left a sour taste in her mouth and she scrunched her lips together to get it out. Red appeared suddenly, Jinks had never even seen this dog before but was sure he would have a story aswell. She nodded at Maxwell’s remark, grateful for his wisdom.

Is this still going?

This will keep going until its over... for Dakota's decision though...I think its just the fact that people aren't on right now.

Maxwell smiled at Ember. "We won't stay for too long. It'll hopefully be only a few nights until this blizzard fades out." He limped on ahead. When he saw the town up ahead, he felt a lump in his throat. So long it felt since they had seen humans, and seeing this ghost town made him sad that they just left them like this. He was very sure they had their own reasons. However that still didn't mean that he wasn't sad about the whole abandoning issue.

Color was ahead and sniffing around and trying out the doors to see if they would open. Surprisingly a huge amount of doors were unlocked. To Color, it seemed that the humans got out in a hurry and had no intentions of coming back. In one building he tried, he found a doll lying on the ground. He sniffed it, picked it up, and took it outside of the house. Though he was only a dog who did not know of human feelings, he felt sadness when he saw the doll.

Mishka saw Color with the doll and snorted. "And how's that going to help us?" she growled. She walked up to him while he laid his ears back. "Put that stupid thing down!"

Color shook his head. "It's a little human girl's doll!"

"So what does that matter to you? I said put it down!" she growled. "We're looking for food and shelter. Not for toys to play with." Still Color refused. Mishka growled and smacked Color in the face with her paw. Color whined a bit, but did not let go of the doll.

"Mishka!" barked Maxwell. "Leave Color alone!"

"Hmph! Come on Maxwell, even you have to agree that him carrying around that human doll is stupid!" whined Mishka.

"Color can do whatever he wants as long as it doesn't lead to the harm of the others," growled Maxwell. "Mind your own business Mishka. Whatever Color does or picks up, he does with reason and of his free will. Just because you want him to put it down doesn't mean he has to."

Mishka rolled her eyes and fled into one of the buildings.

"Come along," said Maxwell as he ventured into another building. Color, his face still smarting, followed after him.
