Sora nodded. "Alright, we can go." she said, smiling to her goddaughter. "But first, please get me some herbs for burn healing." she requested, showing her burnt wing. "I can't fly very well with a burnt wing you know?" she asked, she didn't want to make light of the situation, but she didn't want to let her child be depressed.

Luckily, those were some of the herbs that Saangi had collected earlier. The young dragon brought them to Sora, the strong, spicy smell of the stalks making her amber eyes sting. She was already dropping them onto the ground, shooting a small stream of flame singing the stalks. The odd thing was, the juiced couldn't be extracted until the stalk was burned...even though it was meant to heal burns.
She placed them on Sora's large wing, placing a talon gently on the herb. She pressed down as softly as she could, the juices now seeping into the burn. "Did I do it right?" Saangi asked, looking at Sora. She had learned from her god-mother, but in no way was an expert.

Sora nodded and she gently nuzzled Saangi. "Perfectly, you're a great apprentice." she said, smiling as her wing healed. She spread it and stretched. "All better, now we can go." she said, then looked to Saangi worried. "Dear, you're exshausted physically and mentally from all this, I can tell, ride on my back and rest, no arguing, I know best in this situation." she said, lowering her wings so Saangi could climb on. Sora was understanding, but could be somewhat stern if needed.

Saangi opened her mouth to argue; Sora had an injured wing, after all. She would've been against it even is Sora was perfectly fine. She sighed, deciding against it. Her god-mother wouldn't even let her argue, as she had already proven. So she only climbed onto her back, trying to make herself as light as possible as she curled up.
"Are you guys ready to leave?" Saangi asked, looking down at her friends, Declan and Diera. She wasn't really expecting them to go against her decision to leave now; they seemed content to follow her at the moment. But it would be rude not to ask.

Declan could only sit and watch as the two conversed. Saangi had just learned who really killed her mother, and Declan wasn't very surprised. Hisho did seem like the type of reptile to do that. He had gone beyond the point of return. He may very well be able to return to the state he used to be in, but as of right now the situation seemed useless.
He puffed out a wave of smoke and turned his head away as Sora was being healed. "I-I..." he trailed off. He finally turned his head back towards the two, just in time to see Sora's fully healed wing. "I'm sorry.. if I hadn't spoken out of turn, you wouldn't have gotten hurt in the first place..." he apologized. Just then Saangi has asked if he and Diera were ready to leave. All he did in response, though, was nod his head.

"I'm ready whenever you are, dear," said Sora, smiling. "Just lay relax, I know the way best anyway," she explained, which was true. She felt sorry for Saangi, she loved her so much and it really hurt her to do anything to hurt her. "Saangi...I'm sorry I didn't tell you, it was a promise..." she explained. "But...you know when we get where we're going, there's a chance you'll meet your mother again, you'd like that, wouldn't you?

OOC: I have a bit of writer's block as well, but I needed to say something. Rose told me herself that due to certain events she's quitting nearly all open roleplays she's in and keeping up only with the private ones. So, I don't think she's in this RP anymore..

"I understand," Saangi said softly, then nodded. "Yes, I would," she added, in respone to Sora's question this time. The solemn, slightly melancholy mood lifted a little as the silver dragon lifted her head, amber eyes sparking with anticipation. "We should probably get going htne," she said, the tip of her tail twitching as she waited.
Already, she could feel the wind carressing her body as they flew, and had a sudden urge to be out in the open sky. It was safer there too. For a while.

Sora nodded. "Alright, let's get going," she said, spreading her wings and taking off out of the cave. She knew this was hard on Saangi, she didn't like to put her through something like this, but it couldn't be helpped, there wasn't much that she could do about it at this point.
