OOC: Most of us are stuck on what to post, I believe. Either Faye or Garoux needs to post, in order for me to be able to. Others different people, etc. Or at least that's what i think.

Ooc: Just skip Faye and Garoux for now. Pretend they've moved away from the others, and we'll continue that way. I'll post again later.

OOC: I can't, really. My character is watching theirs. He can't really do anything yet.

I see...so that's where it all stopped. Hmm...*thinks* It didn't look like she was really doing anything in particular that was attracting a lot of attention to her character, before she got skipped, so just go ahead and skip her again. She can jump on in when she's ready and we can get the plot moving again.

The lone wolf felt slightly awkward and sheepish as she emerged from the bushes, which, now that she though about it, weren't sufficent cover at all. The speaker sounded neither hostile nor friendly, leaving Matya to wonder what was running through her mind. Curiousity flashed in her unique amber eyes. It had been a while since interacting with others, and her social skills were badly neglected. Then again, they had never been worked on in the first place.

"I apologize for that," she began. "Curiousity can overwhelm me at times." Her ears twitched as the feeling of clumsy awkwardness increased, and her paws shifted on the samp, spongy ground.

While another canine had just come out from the bushes, revealing her curiosity, Jet simply stood there, mostly downwind. What was he supposed to be figuring out again? These dogs didn't seem to want to cause any harm, as watched by the black wolf. If they had, they probably would have attacked the stranger instead of calmly inviting her out. His mind wandered a bit. Was he supposed to go back to Ashpodel with this information? Or deal with it first?

Shuffling his paws on the ground, he watched the scene unfold further before finally deciding what to do. Maybe they weren't so friendly, but just didn't think she may not belong to their kind. Maybe if he were to leave now, they'd catch his scent and chase after him wildly. Jet's thoughts continued to wander, aimlessly, as they had no real point or destination.

Jet could tell that the female wolf may have been on edge had it not been for the mud restraining her. And by the look of her expression, the curling of her muzzle, he could tell she had sensed him standing there. Though, she could catch his scent. What should he do? If he turned to run, they'd catch his scent and then him. If he just stayed there, the female would be brought out by that branch and most certainly come looking for him. He narrowed his blue coated eyes and tried to search for a possibility of movement that wouldn't get him caught.

He had none.

Desperately wanting to get away, he made a few steps back, but stopped dead when he realized he would be failing Asphodel if he did so. By now the breeze had come over his fur and it was too late. He didn't feel the breeze until it came harder at him, yet was still gentle compared to a storm. He growled at himself, silently, realizing he probably just gave up his position. He ran around the corner of the mountain, padding as quietly as he possibly could just in case they hadn't noticed him. Breathing steadily, he tried to see what was going on, but couldn't. "Darn it," he whispered. He took a run for it, going at first in the direction of their den, but then stopping again when he realized how foolish that was.

If he went near the den of their small pack, he'd give up the location entirely. Cursing at himself, he pivoted the other way and darted the opposite direction.

Quilat was almost starting to regret his own choice to go with Ryder, to this impossible quest of finding their relatives, who might be dead long before they decided to go...Quilat looked at his fellow packmate, and, at the moment, the only friend he had, Ryder. "I don't know...These wolves in front of us might just chase us off or attack us, because we still have the Astral scent...Or they might fear us."Quilat thought for a minute, looking at Ryder. "Ahh it doesn't matter anymore. After what we've done, this is the only choice, and the only hope we have...Let's go."he said, slowly padding towards the group of wolves. He was weak, and sad, but still tried to bring the Astral-ish proudness and strongness to his body as he held his head up high, not looking at anyone but the wolves in front of them, thinking about his parents, and what will happen to him, how much his life will change after this, probably last, meet of the wolves in this forest...Hopefully there he will find home...

Thor completely ignored the other wolf for the time being, his eyes still fixed on the female stuck beneath his position. "Well...I suppose I could...after all what kind of wolf would I be if I just ignored a female in need. Looking upwards, he gripped a heavy branch with his maw and pulled it downwards, hoping that it was strong enough to handle the bend. Pulling it downwards, he made sure that she could reach it as he felt his muscles flex in the effort to keep it within her reach.

"I suggest you hurry up....just get a little grasp and I'll help pull you up...just don't expect me to feel you up or anything." he said with a light wink before looking down and waiting for her attempt. He was more of aware that another was nearby for assistance, but he wasn't exactly the most trusting of all wolves, especially in today's world.
