Ryan was suddenly stopped by Lucy. He was slightly confused by her pattern of actions. One second she was hissing and growling, the next she was telling him he'd regret satisfying his thirst? Whatever the reason, he had to go to the city either way. It was either he killed a few humans to satisfy the burning aching feeling, or he just went through it for pure moral reasons. "I'm sorry. But I have to. I already lost the morals race months ago. In my first day as this... this.. creature actually. It's too late to go back. It's too late to change..." he looked at the ground, out of almost pure shame. After a few moments of dead silence, he zoomed past her, wanting to get away from the two vampires he had met not too long ago, for fear they'd try and stop him.

Ryan suddenly got a bit angry as he was knocked down easily by Lucy. He puffed, letting out a bit of anger. "Too little, too late. Maybe there is time, but it's been almost 6 months already and for me, there IS no time. You have no idea how I've felt for the past few months. I've always been a loner. Always had very few friends. And to turn into this creature... just made me that much more of a loner than I already was. I've had to turn my back on all my friends, my whole entire family! It's too late to turn back now!" Ryan was letting all his emotions from his past get to him. He'd been a loner for so long, he didn't even know how to change. He didn't even think he wanted to change. Evelyn seemed nice, but just from Lucy's reactions earlier, he knew he would never get loose from the head mistress's grip. He'd be stuck listening to others for the rest of his life, which basically meant forever. "I'm not gonna just let some other vampire take over me. It's been too long since I even felt the company of others. Way too long. And to be controlled by others who know nothing about me or my past is too much for me to handle." He raced into the city, which wasn't far away now. He ran through the alleys, trying to find a human to kill, fast, before Lucy or Jennifer had time to stop him. Though he highly doubted Jennifer would try and prevent him. But nevertheless, he kept running. He slowed his pace as he saw a whole gang of humans. He grinned, showing his fangs. He immediatley went into action, killing every single one of them so no one would squirm and file a report to the police. He began drinking the first one's blood. Once he sucked him clean of the red liquid, he moved on to the second one.

After finishing off the fifth human, Ryan felt the burn go away at last. This blood could last him a few days, maybe a week at most. And when you were a newborn, that was a lot. He grinned maciously, glad at his desicion. Although he didn't like to be a loner, he hated even more to be controlled. Especially by others he didn't even know that well. He started walking slowly through the forest, letting the scent of blood sift through the air. His mouth was now clean (the blood had been wiped off on a rag which he threw away along with the bodies) except for his fangs. But little did he know he hadn't swept up the playing feild as good as he thought. The bodies were still noticeable by scent. And if a werewolf happened to pass by, that would mean big trouble for him...

Incredibly bored, and feeling slightly awkward, Theresa began to walk off. She was going to come back for sure, as this was her shot at not turning into a complete monster. But she had to find something to do in the meantime, a reult of her restless, inquisitive nature. A few clouds covered the sun, making it seem later than it really was, and a few birds sang songs, their trilling notes cutting through the air. Normally, the young vampire would appreciate this, and observe nature around her...but her mind had been occupied lately, and tended to wander.

After walking quite a distance, Theresa reached the town where she had stumbled upon Shay. The scent of vampire still lingered on the air. This should be ignored, as many vampires did come here. But it was fresh and prominent...and close by. Following her nose, she was led into an alley, where the metallic, delicious scent of blood hung in the air, making her pinch her nose in an attempt to block it out. "Hello?" she called out warily.

Theresa could see the bodies, about five or so. The vampire wasn't here, the scent led to the forest. She followed it one more, her curiosity growing. She wondered who it could be; probably some hostile vampire, but one could never be certain. Quickening her pace, she soon began to catch glimpses of him; he appeared to be quite young. "Hello/" she called out, voice soft.

Ryan suddenly heard a soft voice behind him. He turned, surprised that anyone would follow him. After all, he was a nobody. He didn't see why one would even care to know where he was. But he shook his thoughts off and stopped walking. As he took a closer look, this vampire looked vaguely familiar. "Yeah?" he asked, unsure of what else to say. After a few more seconds he added, "Do I know you? You look familiar..."

Ryan thought for a moment. "Theresa... Theresa..." he seemed to be trying to place her in his mind, trying to remember where he saw her from. Then it clicked. You could visibly see it in his eyes. He licked his fangs, revealing the blood that slightly stained them. Then, he quickly said, "I'm Ryan. Were you at..." he tried to remember the mistress's name. "Evelyn's?"
