I heard a whimpering and opened my office door. "Balto?" I asked looking at the half breed. Star the husky on his back looking hurt. "What happened boy?" I asked lifting Star up and carrying him quickly to the back. Balto followed me.
Jenna nodded.
Dixie whimpered.

Jenna stood and walked with Dixie home.
Dixie walked with Jenna home thanking her before going inside.

Jenna saw Balto and rushed to him. "How is he?" She asked, concerned.
Dixie lay in her dog bed finally falling asleep only to be waken by a dream that Star had died, she woke crying.

"I don't think theres much else we can do... Until Star get better." Jenna murmured.
The vet walked in. "Your feeling better boy? You sure did get a bump of you head. I think someones been waiting for you..." He trailed off opening the door.
Dixie walked into the vet room. Star was standing, looking confused. But conscious. "Star..." Dixie said warmly. She ran to him and nuzzled his fur.
