Soon, they were all in the air, flying away. Shay was coated in a thin sheen of sweat, and panted lightly.

"Meh, the only thing I came out of this with is a nasty foul taste in my mouth. Biting is not my preferred method of attack." she smiled, and took the fry packet out of her pocket, popping one into her mouth, in an attempt to wash out the metallic taste. Hair blew into her face and she pushed it back impatiently.
"I knew these would come in handy. Want one?"

Shay accepted eagerly, and took small bites. Even though she tried to savor it, it was gone in a matter of seconds.

Oops, no text color  Smiling, Hera offered her hungry friend the last of the fries, the nasty taste completely gone from her mouth. Sometimes she swore her friend's stomach was a bottomless pit.

The last of the fries were soon gone along woth the other. Wishing she had another packet, she stared at the ground, watching buldings and cars rush past. "Wonder where we'll go now," she said softly.

Shay shruggged. "RIght after you ask," she replied. Like Hera, she had grown slightly weary of Max's vague answers. Briefly, she wondered if she was making it up as she went along. Probably, she thought.

Shay bit her lip. "Thought she would answer it like that," she muttered. "I bet she doesn't even know." She felt slightly guilty speaking like this about the person who had freed her, but shook the feeling off.
