"Of course," Shay muttered. "Silly me." Another question formed on her lips as her imagination went into overdrive. "Does he look human?"

Mr. Brunner nodded "Oh yes, Besides the fact that he has a hundred eyes all over his body." Mr. Brunner chuckled.

Benny gulped "A h-hundred?" He stuttered.

Shay turned a shade paler as she tried to imagine this. "Is a hundred eyes normal at Camp Half-Blood?"

Mr. Brunner chuckled again "No it isn't." He said.

"Wait a second," Benny said "Are you a demigod?"

Shay breathed a subtle sigh of relief, a bit of color returning to her cheeks. She heard Benny's question, but before the teacher had time to respond, a low growling came from outside, almost like an enormous dog was on the school grounds.

Ooc:// I was thinking it could be a hell-hound. It would give them an oppurtunity to see "Mr. Brunner" in his real form, as well as add some excitement.

Ooc:Ok, Good Idea.

Benny's head cocked "What's that?" Benny asked.

Mr. Brunner wheeled over to the door and opened it, only to find a pain of teeth growling at him. "Oh my." He said.

"That's not a normal dog, is it?" Shay asked, her voice cracking . She took a hasty step backward; the glass window wouldn't last long.

Mr. Brunner quickly closed the door as some color drained from his face. "No, it isn't." Mr. Brunner replied. "Well," he started "I guess I have no choice but to change into my original form."

"Original form?" Benny asked

"No one here is normal," Shay complained in a small whisper, directed at Benny's ear. She eyed her teacher with curiousity and a bit of wariness; what would he look like?

Benny just frowned in response.

Mr. Brunner's wheelchair began to disappear and was replaced by a horse's body.

"Whoa, Mr. Brunner..your a-" Benny said but Mr. Brunner cut him off.

"Yes, I'm a centaur, but my real name is Chiron, not Mr. Brunner." Chiron replied.

"Are you, like, the smae guy who trained Hercules and all them?" Shay asked, surprise leaving her ungrammatical.

Chiron nodded "Yes, now we musnt waste time talking." He said.

Just as he said that a giant hellhound broke through the glass snarling at Chiron, Benny and Shay.

"That is one big dog," Shay breathed, now as white as a sheet. She moved slightly behind Benny, probably cutting off the circulation in his hand again. Feeling in her pocket, she pulled out a crumbling dog biscuit.

Shay's dad trained and raised rottweilers...hopefully, the monster in front of her thought the same as one. "Easy there, boy," she said soothingly, holding the treat high.

The dog just narrowed it's eyes at the treat and snarled at Shay and Benny.

"Yikes!" Benny said "Good doggy, nice doggy." Benny said slowly.

"If you want the treat, sit," Shay said, in her no-nonsense voice. "Sit," she repeated firmly, actually taking a step forward.
