A smile tugged at Zane's lips, and he layed his head on top of Emery's gently, his eyes briefly closing.

Zane stroked her black hair gently.

Kali before them...and sure.

Zane breathed evenly, his chest rising and falling with his breathes, an arm still wrapped around Emery, his head layed on hers.


Kali opened her eyes, immediatly awake as sunlight streamed into her eyes, harsh and bright as everything always was. Icy all the timme. Nothing like a bubbly pretty. She sat up, stretching, her lean and slim body looking almost cat-like with her silver eyes half-closed. She opened them fully, her eyes scanning over the small, crumbling interior, panic growing in her as she realized that Emery was gone.

"Emery!" Kali called softly. She walked out to where the building had collapsed, standing on the edge, her gaze sweeping the ruins. Her eyes flared with anger as she saw Emery, cuddling with a pretty.

Kali dropped to the ground, her hand reaching out for the occasional metal jagged spur to slow her descend. She landed on the ground, her sensitive hands burning, the nanoes in her body already at work to fix the minor wound. She strode up to them, anger clear on her face.

"Emery!" She yelled. "What is....this?!!" she asked.


Zane jolted upright, everything crystal clear, not like the usual morning pretty-haze.

"Fine!" She said. "He's different! I don't care! You could've atlaest told me!" she said, her one lone flash tattoo spinning wildly on her brow.

"Well, you were right on that! He's not special at all!" Kali said, gesturing wildly at Zane.

Zane narrowed his eyes.
