Got somethin' similar to that. Except, I turn on the hallway light before I turn on the light in my room. I guess it's so I can see into my room, but it irritates my mom.

I kinda have a habit like this... I dunno if it counts though... but I can't stand it when I'm watching TV or on the computer and there's not another light source. It just drives me insane when I can't see if anything else is going on in the room from my screen blinding me in the dark :/

LOL, I am the same way. I get REALLY uncomfortable when it is too dark when using computer/watching TV. I always want a lot of light. But my mom turns like to many off!

Hmm any habits for me....

I breathe through my mouth... Not my nose.. IDK I dunno why! Just have the habit xD

My dad does that too >.<
Won't have to worry about that though for like a month >8)

And I do that breathing through mouth thing, but only at night ...which usually results in waking up in puddles of drool XP

Lol, I don't drool myself, but I breath through my mouth in early sleepiness. Then, I start to breathe through my nose like a normal sleeping person.

Also:

It could freak people out if I told them, but you know how people have imaginary friends? Well... not friends, but dogs for me. Maybe it's because of the empty void in my heart longing for a dog, but it's just me. And, if I have a stuffed dog I really enjoy(or draw comfort from when I sleep), that'll be my imaginary dog friend.

You know how little children fear the dark... I never REALLY feared the dark, but I do now. Why when I'm over 7 already? Because when I was about 8 or 9, I stupidly read scary stories that freaked me out. And since then, I've hated being in complete darkness or having little light to see. So, during the hours that I sleep, I sleep with a stuffed animal that I once believed(when I was 6) guarded me in the night. I know it doesn't really do that anymore, but it just helps me relax at night.

Usually when I do that, I wake up with painfully dry mouth x.x

I only have that problem myself after watching The Mummy >.>
So I take a cat to bed with me and it really helps comfort so I feel safe when I fall to sleep.
And speaking of falling and dark, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding Darkness Falls if you're afraid of the dark.
That movie almost had ME completely terrified of the darkness x.x

I like sleeping in darkness.. maybe with just a TAD bit of light.

IDK why.

But Every night I sleep with my bolt plush =3. Comforts me for some reason.

I don't really fear the dark, but I do tend to imagine there is someone dangerous in my dark room, and that scares me. So I sleep with a stuffed bear next to me.

I first started imagining 'murderers in my room' after I watched 'Saw' and 'Saw II' one night. I was too terrified to go to sleep and so I picked up a stuffed bear (heh, if it were real, I think I would've squeezed all the oxygen out of it..Thats how terrified I was XD) and tried to go to sleep. When I finally got to sleep I had a very scary and somewhat sadistic dream. And from then on, I always put the stuffed bear next to me and try to imagine something less scary every night before I go to sleep.

I know this sounds kinda childish, but I am now absolutely terrified of watching horror movies that are rated MA.

Theres two flights of stairs from my basement to my kitchen, I walk up the first, then run up the secound.

I have that to. I dont Fear darkness. but when im alone in the dark i tend to think something is there.. so all my perception kicks in then i look everywhere and listen.. plus im a night owl and most of time im listening out for footsteps of my parents..

The thing i fear the most which is weird. is open areas. One time i ran into this big field to get this ball. when i looked around all i saw was whiteness and the grass. and i was fell to the floor in fear. I got out on my own but since then i got a fear of open areas when im alone.. also short spaces make me uncomfy. so i need medium rooms only <.<

An i got a weird habit of doing to my room when i need to use the bathroom.. dunno since both rooms are together i run into my room instead then im like ... wait.. then i go back xD

I've been scaredof the dark Since I was seven...But I get creepedoutby loads ofthings so it doesnt really count xD

and...

I dunno If it counts but in the middleof class I'll have converstaions with myself. xD normally Im just thining outloud but The guy who sits next to me keeps asking me who the heck im talking to...and I talk toMy dog.ALOT. Apparenytly I talk to my dog more than I talk to people, Which is weirdsince I can never recall talking to my dog.

Apart from that apparently i NEVER look at The person Im talking too.

Whenever I think of something cold I twitch, hard to explain its all in my spine. I also always need the lights off when I am on the computer or watching TV. I also play with my car keys and loose change in my pockets a lot.

And I can say I also talk to myself a lot and to my dogs. I also talk to myself in the shower and when I am driving.

LOL that is something we have in common xD

I talk to myself.. A LOT! I dunno why. I start like having conversations with myself and people are like "Who are you talking to? O.o"

And Also it is uncomfortable to look in someones eyes when I talk to someone. LOL

I love sleeping in total darkness, but I talk to myself a lot.

-I twitch at random times o.o
- sometimes (especially if I get cold) I get a tingly sensation that starts mainly in my cheeks then travels down my body then I get warm o.0
-I shake my leg A LOT <.<
-I have to sleep in complete darkness, since lights bother me...
-and for some reason, I always have to have a glass of water by my bed, even if I don't drink it xD
- i sing in the shower xD
- i sanitize my hands before I eat
- I chew on my lip a lot...
hmm what else?
